A list of puns related to "Reverberation Time"
> This research explores the common belief that the settings of artificial reverb and delay time in music production are strongly linked to musical tempo and related factors. Two subjective tests were used to evaluate user preference of young adults with formal training in audio engineering on artificial reverberation and delay time. Results show there is a clear relationship between musical tempo and delay time preference, but reverberation time preferences cannot be explained in this way. Post-test interviews with subjects helped explain that the setting of reverberation time is seen as too multidimensional to be correlated to a single factor (namely song tempo) because stylistic attributes and song genre have a bearing on userβs choice. However, results still seem to indicate that even if song tempo is not the main correlate, there may be other low-level factors that strongly explain this variable.
Never really experienced visual hallucinations though my experiences were intense and very meaningful. I havent had any for a few months now, but I'm still feeling reverberations many times per week. Sometimes daily. Earlier I felt like my awareness was "pushed" a little, and I was moving forward and then came back to center, though I was sitting still. Often get that intensely heavy buzz feeling like when you have just gotten a bit overwhelmed. Often also get that swelling sensation of everything breathing. Once I spent an entire day feeling intensely acid-y and later found out it was the day of the first time my brother tried it. What is this about? Do you guys experience these things too?
Hi all,
What software is there (standalone or DAW plugins) for helping to estimate room reverberation time from an audio recording?
Thanks in advance!
Chain reaction, Rube Goldberg, Domino effect, that kind of thing.
Hello guys, for a work for college i need to calculate the reverberation time of a song and i need to try and find the reverberation time for the rooms that it were often played during its time. The song is Die Forelle by Franz Schubert so i need to search for 19th century common places where this was performed. Any recommendations on where i should look? And how should i try to measure the reverberation time for the recording i chose? Any book is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
