i shall aim for the following goals :
- Continue talks with Lower Korea in terms of denuclearisation and demilitarization of the DMZ.
- Bolster my relations with my neighbours
- Use South Korean money to reinvigorate the Kaesong Industrial Region
- Find investment of the mining of north Korean rare earth deposits, without selling my soul to private businesses.

An election for the new leader must be held at the one year mark.

Citizens have to feel safe enough to vote for people other than Kim. If Kim recieves above 90% of the vote, he loses the challenge. If no opponent reaches 10% of the vote, he loses. Voter turnout must be at least 40%.

The government cannot force citizens to vote or not vote, nor force them to vote for a specific person. The government cannot retaliate against citizens for their vote, or alter the results of the vote in any way.

Kim loses if the winner of the election converts the country back into a dictatorship.
Round 2: Kim must also establish a legislative body of at least 50 members, all of whom are to be elected under the same conditions as above. The legislators must feel safe when voting against the leader's wishes. No retaliation can be made by the leader against a legislator for voting against the leader.
The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (aka DPRK/North Korea) is a socialist state following Juche, an interpretation of Marxism put forth by Kim Il-Sung, the initial "founder" of the state, which revolves around the concepts of autarky, independence, & development of the national economy; all in the name of establishing socialism both within the Korean Peninsula & abroad.
I plan to work with the other socialist countries of the world to further Marxist ideas, as well as working with the anti-imperialist countries of the world to topple the capitalist regimes of the west, building socialism as we liberate the oppressed peoples from the yoke of the Americans. The development of the military & the nuclear weapons program is absolutely crucial to ensuring the safety of the revolution & persistence of Juche ideals within North Korea.

Initially, their offer was rejected by KAI, but accepted by Dangun Shipbuilding. With the Daitaiβs own Zeus Industries now working with DS, work began on the airship.

In the Recent Article in the Environmental Science and Policy Journal scientists have assessed the progress of East Asian countries towards carbon reduction goals since 2010.
What I found interesting is that South Korea has shown worst progress in slowing down not only carbon emissions, but also in reducing coal use and cement production as well. Even in the best scenario, we expect +11% growth of carbon emissions in South Korea by 2030 comparing to 2010. This contradicts Paris Agreement pledge of South Korea to reduce carbon emissions on -20% by 2030 comparing to 2010 year.
I think this low progress is caused by regional role of South Korea being grasped between stronger emitters (China and Japan). Still, South Korea takes one of the leading places in carbon emissions worldwide (7th place if I remember correctly) and lack of progress in carbon reduction at that point looks alarming...

The topics are the censorship on the internet in totalitarian countries and stopping the sexual abuse on the work environment. Im more concerned over the former due to north korea. Has somebody already represented RK? How can i better represent it?
