I just finished a final with a UML diagram question and was just wondering.
The script is just poor - most of the dialogue would sit more comfortably in the mouth of an American high school bully.. Two Witchers walking up to Ciri in the playground, sarcastically chanting ‘You getting tired?’ ‘Do you remember the last time YOU were playing with a straw dummy?’ They’re talking like teenagers.
It’s littered with modernisms that don’t fit the feel of the show. The way Yen calls Stregabore a ‘Fuckhead’ made my stomach lurch.
The conversations held between any two non-main characters are clearly just meaningless fodder to act as set-ups for puns, or un-subtle character development for the main storyline
The show and story with a GoT script team, would be an absolute beast!
So I write one - two articles a month. I have some ideas what I want to write about but I thought this could be a great place for some feedback. I install pergolas, Boulder and block retaining walls, build custom hardscape patios with bars and kitchens, permeable pads, I deal with all sorts of drainage issues, I install new lawns and refresh old ones, I install 1000s of different types of plants in a zone 4 area. I deal with frost and footings, I work with all sorts of building inspectors, city officials etc. I'm the real deal. I own the business and have employees. I operate all sorts of equipment and use all sorts of tools. I work with rental companies and well I think you get the point.
