A list of puns related to "Paterson"
This is a very niche complaint I have, but I see tik toks all time by suburban kids talking about the hell on earth that are New Jersey's cities. They constantly say that you should stay out of Newark, Jersey City, Paterson, Elizabeth, and Camden. As someone who lived in JC for 4 years, the idea so many state residents are scared yuppie central downtown JC is hilarious. I guess a lot of people haven't seen how different the city is from the 90s.
Edit: I know JC def has bad areas (like literally any city on earth) but it's sure as hell no Camden

Sup. My friend and I are medical students and I am posting on her behalf. We are interviewing for residencies right now. She really likes a certain residency program in Paterson, NJ but doesn't want to live there.
Apparently many residents live in Bloomfield and Clifton but those are more like suburbs which she doesn't want. She wants a more city like vibe. Today she visited Hoboken but apparently the rent is very expensive. A quick google search shows greater than 3k/month in rent.
So I guess the question is: are there any more affordable areas with a more urban vibe similar to Hoboken?
Thanks in advance.
Edit: thank you so much for all the recommendations. Going to take sometime and put a plan together and see if we can get the neighbours onboard with it.
As the title says, we are tired of dealing with incompetency. Has anyone had a decent experience with their factor (itβs a long shot, I know)?
Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I've recently gotten into film photography and love the process and care that goes into taking the photos. Since I usually try to do as much as I can to learn and do things myself, I've been looking at getting something to start developing my rolls! I mostly shoot digital so I go through a roll or two a month. I'm attracted to the lab box because of how easy and small it is. The thought of using changing bag makes me anxious and I basically only have a 2'x4' area on my desk that is clean and flat enough to develop on. I am very turned off by the price of the lab box but cinestill is currently selling it with the monobath for $160. I was wondering what your guys experience with it vs the paterson tank is. Also interested to hear about which one you guys think is more fun to use as well. I've been watching videos about the developing process and was wondering if there are any secrets to developing that aren't usually mentioned in the popular videos.
Hi,
Anyone got any recommendations for Upper Hunter region:
Cleaners/Cleaner Service for a filthy house. Would need to do multiple window blinds/ unused rooms etc.
Handyman/General worker. Multiple odd jobs, including repair decking, window frames, lay some cement slabs etc.
I'm after quality, cleaner would need at least a full day of solid work, maybe two.
Recommendations greatly appreciated.
I am new in the area, and I have no friends. I want to make new friends, but have no idea what to do. Can you guys please give me advice?
I just discovered Ben Paterson. I'm wondering if anyone else is familiar with his work. The kid swings and knows some blues. He also quotes "Hot House," something I liked to do on II-Vs. Does he sound like Red Garland playing like Oscar Peterson? I don't know. I like it.
Here's I Should Care
I thought his rendition of "Here, There, and Everywhere" was pretty cool. Maybe because it seems to be in 6/4.
