Since the lockdown ttook place, the gym I was going has closed until 14/01.
I wanted to know if there are maybe places in Haarlem which has gym equipment ( bars for pullls-ups for example ) ?
And does anyone have good recommendations for a parc / natural environment to go and run (5k / 10k ) ?
Thank you for any advice! Have a great day.
WELLP, gyms are now closed again, due to COVID protocols.
Is anyone offering outdoor workout classes around town? I don't mind the cold, and it's safer outside.
Hey everyone, just moved to Collingswood. I have been going on runs around Cooper river and Knight Park, but havenβt seen any outdoor workout stations or pull-up bars. I was wondering if there were any in town that people would recommend? Thanks.
P.S. I am really enjoying this area so far. Collingswood is a great place to live.
Hi,
I wanted to reserve a time at the Triton Outdoor Fitness Park near Muir but I don't know which website allows me to do so. I found some webpage but it listed no available times. Does this mean all the times are gone? Thanks for your help!.
Hello everyone. Does anyone have any recommendations for an group outdoor fitness class they've taken? Like something that meets at a local park on the weekends or something. We're near downtown but doesn't have to be immediately here in this area. Girlfriend still doesn't feel comfortable going back to the YMCA but is itching for some kind of fitness class to attend like she used to do. So just wondering if anyone here has taken or is taking something similar and would recommend it? Thanks!
Hello,
I'm back in Vancouver after a long hiatus overseas. I was thinking to write in here to find a gym buddy but since COVID is still a thing and the gyms are close right now, I'm thinking of doing something outside. I know the ropes of calisthenics training so I have a plan in mind. My plan is to get in shape, I'm about half the way there. I have all the mornings free and Mondays.
Fitness is not my only goal, if anyone is around downtown and wants to have coffee, go to the movies, have a meal together, go for a walk to talk I'm interested too, feel free to message me.
For last, I'm open to any person who wants to spend some time together (strictly platonic), to me doesn't matter the age, gender, etc.
I have been wanting to shed the Quarantine 15(+) for some time, and while I am fully vaccinated, my risk tolerance is extremely low. However, with the LA County Mask Mandate requiring masks (and now proof of vaccination) for all indoor public settings, I felt like I could psych myself up enough to venture back to a group fitness class which I absolutely loved pre-pandemic (consisted of running, rowing, weights). However, it seems despite the mandate, most of their classes have masks listed as optional.
While super disappointing to me (and I think not allowed), I am looking for recommendations on group fitness classes in West LA of the same type (HIIT) where mask wearing is not only required, but also enforced. (Extra points for great cleaning protocols between classes!)
Thanks in advance!!
Looking for people to play football or do some outdoor fitness. Cold/ rain does not bother me. 29 yo M. Languages: English, German, Dutch and learning Turkish.
Just started cycling a little over a month ago. The first 3 weeks, I was only riding outside and making solid progress every week. 2 weeks ago, I got a trainer and started using it 75% of the time. Either HIIT or long easy rides. Now I feel out of shape af every time I ride outside.
I am able to ride farther, but my fitness feels so different than it does indoors.
What gives?
Been on the hunt for a replacement since it's been way too long since I got to go to a proper gym. But all I keep finding are stuff like yoga and pilates. Does anyone know of any decent pump classes outdoor since I believe those can operate now?
At least places where you can do pull ups in Kirshberg and others places of Lux? Maybe some map with pins?
My wife and I lost touch with a couple of our married friends, and a few are moving away. We're looking to meet new people to hang with and go on couple dates with - we're pretty easy going, love food and outdoor stuff.
I'm also looking for a buddy for fitness stuff, ideally to regularly go indoor bouldering or to muay thai classes with.
Open to people of any background. Fully vaccinated and would feel most comfortable with other fully vaccinated peeps.
Iβm referring to pull up bars and such. Buhr Oak Park and Gallup Park have bars but thatβs the only spot I know about. Any others? Bonus points if itβs on the northwest side of A2
Has anyone taken this class? I really just wanna know if I need to bring my own bike lol
Any recommendations for gyms / exercise classes in the area? Thanks!
