A list of puns related to "Mydriasis"
Is anyone else experiencing dilated pupils from recent batches going around ? What could be causing pupil dilation rather than constriction? Thebaine? Another alkaloid ?Should this reaction be a cause for concern?
Hey I just took a whole box of Dramamine (600mg) yesterday at 8am. But today now its 18pm and my pupils still dilated af.
When will this dissapear? ty
I dont see much scientific literature or discussion about the dilation of the pupils induced by drugs, especially stimulants. I hope we see more in the future.
If botulism prevents ACh release, how does it induce mydriasis? I thought SNS activity (via ACh) results in dilated pupils, so wouldn't blocking that cause constriction (or at least no dilation)?
Thanks in advance!
I watched a lot of videos and did not see mydriasis at all.
I have been thinking about trying a micro dosing experiment the problem for me is though, that i seem to experience dilated pupils very quickly. One time i remember my family asking me about my eyes after only 7-10 ugs. Does anyone else here experience this? Because i wouldn't want to be walking about with clearly drugged put eyes.
Hey there, I'm a 19 years old boy who loves psychedelics and experimenting with them. I've used Yopo and it's major component Bufotenine for 3-4 times now, I use it sublingually after adding calcium hydroxide. So it makes me tripping quite hard, I got a mild headspace with strong OEVs and physical euphoria, and the quite specific "tryptamine relaxation" I'm used to feel but I'm a bit surprised to see that I never get any mydriasis during my Yopo trips, whereas only one HBW seed for example (so a very low dose of LSA) gives me a huge mydriasis... Any ideas ? Is it due to some kind of partial 5ht2a agonism from bufotenine or something like that ?
(Sorry for the mistakes, I'm actually tripping balls on Yopo LMAO)
Hey, i'm looking for Lady Mydriasis (from Anakronik Electro Orkestra), a russian (i guess song). I've searched on the web but didn't find anything.. :'(
When I take a decent dose of any amphetamine, my pupils typically dilate only after it begins to wear off. Only exception is when i bomb a retarded quantity of shard at once. Looking for information on why this is.
I've been seeing texts which indicate that meiosis and mydriasis are both signs of organophosphate poisoning. My understanding is that pupil constriction is regulated by the parasympathetic nervous system so acetylcholinesterase inhibition should logically lead to pupil dilation - not constriction. Can anybody explain the mydriasis? Sources please?
Hey, I dunno if any of you do the same, but whenever my mate and I take something, every now and then when coming up we go to the bathroom mirror to look at our space eyes and also check out each other's eyes. It's always a source of fascination and entertainment, looking at our dilated pupils and thinking "Wow, we are high, and our eyes tell us and everyone else so. Looks cool."
When I take an SSRI I get mydriasis. Is there any way to remove this?

Hey guys, a friend of mine is going to be rolling at a edm festival soon. It's going to be his second time and since the festival is in his city he's a little nervous. Estimated 10000 people are supposed to be going to the party and he's going to wear sunglasses to hide the well known dinnerplates. Anyway he would like to know if there's any way to counter the mydriasis in case of going somewhere later on. He read a few beers should help to end the effects of mdma but isn't alc + mdma a dangerous combo? Help please if you know something :)
Hi all, I thought I'd harness the power of the collective knowledge of the group by asking about something curious that happened last night. Any help would be much appreciated. I am interested in possible interactions and most of all, do not want myself (and others) to have a similar experience.
I have taken nootropics on and off for a few years. About 10 days ago, I have decided to take these on a regular basis and ingest a regular stack:
THE STACK Fish Oil supplement (morning / night) 750mg Aniracetam (9am / 12pm / 5pm) 100mg L-Theanine (9am / 2pm / 4pm if stressed) 200mg Caffeine (approx - from coffee) (9am / 2pm) (Have ordered Alpha GPC and Picamilon and awaiting their arrival)
A key clue here is that I take a daily dose of 100mg of the SNRI Pristiq at about 8am.
WHAT HAPPENED At about 7:30pm I had 2 glasses of red wine over dinner and noticed that I was getting a rush of euphoria / relaxation. I became extremely agitated, jittery and continued to experience a predominant rush of relaxation (Dopamine?) but too much... it was over the top. I was quite agitated but eventually slept.
Next morning when I awoke 8 hours later my pupils were large - the size of my iris. I was agitated, couldn't concentrate, tired yet energised, focused yet scattered, pressure in my chest.... very weird sensation.
After about 5 or so hours later my pupils returns to normal size and I was left feeling worn out and quite strange.. something akin to running a marathon. I had bags under my eyes.
As a precaution, I decided to cut back all dosages and totally removed the Theanine, coffee, and cut my Ani back to 750mg only.
QUESTIONS So my obvious question is, what, out of the above stack, are your ideas around what interacted with the alcohol to cause this reaction? Alcohol had never interacted with my SNRI previously. From my light research L-Theanine, Caffeine, nor Aniracetam should also not interact with alcohol?
1/ Is it possible that the high(ish) dose of Aniracetam or L-Theanine had a synergistic effect with the Ani and alcohol, thus augmenting one of more of the drugs' effects?
2/ Was the above rection potentially dangerous? I looked at the symptoms of mild serotonin syndrome but could not identify with a large number of the symptoms.
3/ What can I do to avoid the reaction in the future? Should I modify the stack/are my dosages too large, etc?
Again, thanks very much in advanced for all the help. I've seen a lot of intense knowledge so I'm hoping I
... keep reading on reddit β‘So I think I know the answer to this but posting just in case. I had some Benedryl anti-itch gel (diphenhydramine) on my fingers and accidentally touched my left eyeball. It stung of course, and I flushed my eye out and forgot all about it. A few hours later my coworker informs me that my pupils are two different sizes. My left eye is dilated more than the right. Link to pic: https://imgur.com/oSYBpzq I haven't had head trauma and no history of migraines. I have had a minor headache all day but may not be related. The vision in my left eye is slightly more blurry. I wear contacts lenses. It's been eight hours and looks about the same, maybe slightly less dilated. The dilation is probably from the benedryl, right?

Hey. I am thinking of taking 25c-nbome,i took it 2 times before. It's a nice experience, just visuals,no body load,no mindfuck or anything. Makes me feel like i am in a virtual reality video game. Anyway,i am planning to take it again, and i can hide it really it well, only my pupils give it away(Mydriasis). Is there any way to get rid of dilated pupils?Like a eyedrop or something? Thank you very much
p.s i know opoids might negate the effects, but is there any legal one that causes miosis(which i can buy from pharmacy).
