The end of "Munich: The Edge of War" asserts that Chamberlain's agreement bought the Allies more time to prepare for war. Did they actually use that time productively? Were the Allies really more prepared for war in Sept 1939 compared to Sept 1938?

The movie Munich: Edge of War asserts that the extra time bought by the Munich Agreement of 1938 allowed the allies to win the war. Is this true?
The movie Munich: Edge of War makes a few assertions that I am not sure is historically accurate. First off, it makes the claim that Neville Chamberlain knew Hitler was untrustworthy, but felt that delaying the war would give Britain time to prepare and win the war. Is there evidence for this? He only managed to delay it by a year right?

What if the Munich Agreement resulted in WW2?
So on the 30th of September, Neville Chamberlain comes back to Britain, unsuccessful in appeasing Germany. A few days later, Hitler invades Czechoslovakia and Britain and France declare war on Germany. How would this change WW2? When could this war end, would Hitler win?

What's your country analysis of the 1938 Munich Agreement ?
Hi ! Just realise, in an other post, that this event seems to be perceived and described a bit differently depending on nationalities. Overall I realise that I actualy don't realy know what consequence it had at the time in smaller protagonist. How do they explain it happening ? How is it perceived ? Who is blame for it and why, is that is done ? What immidiate consequence it had in your country at the time if it had any ?
Thank you in advance for those answering.
I also wonder I how widely spread the Munich french betrayal is in europe. Is it a real thing or mostly an internet trend ? and if other alternate narative exist.

WI: After the Munich agreement, FDR successfully convinces Congress to pass a Two Ocean Navy Act nearly 2 years early?
So the POD being, that after Munich and seeing the war clouds rising, along with Japans ongoing war with China starting up again the year before, FDR is able to convince Congress that a Two Ocean Navy is needed to secure the US and act as a deterrent to possible aggression. The bonus, which is what he uses to sell it, would be the hundreds of thousands (if not million direct and indirect) jobs needed to build the navy up, plus the new sailors to man it. Basically, a combination of the OTL Naval Act of 1938 and the Two Ocean Navy Act of 1940, a supersized Two Ocean Navy Act of 1938.
FDR, with a slim majority support in Congress, successfully gets the Two Ocean Act passed. The 1938 Act will be amended in 1940 (instead of a whole new act like OTL), thus allowing for the upgrade designs and eventual purchase of Montana class battleships as designed in OTL without the restrictions from early naval treaties. Leaving the rest of the OTL events to unfold up through the planned attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, how does the act starting earlier impact this?
Keeping in mind the fact that Japan didn't really start planning on attacking the US until the oil and steel embargo post Indochina invasion, would the earlier naval build up prevent a Pearl Harbor attack and focus on the Philippines instead, like a Dec 7th attack on Manila? How would the additional aircraft carriers and battleships impact Japanese planning? Or would they simply focus on other nations and hope the US stays out due to isolationist sentiments?
Do you think the Navy gets at least one of the Montana class built before they are cancelled in favor of carriers?

What if the Munich Agreement was never signed?
Would Hitler have started World War II right there claiming to project Sudeten Germans or was the military there prepared for a long conflict? Was Czechoslovakia ready if Germany would invade? If Germany invaded would the Phoney War had just lasted longer while Neville Chamberlain rebuilt the British military? How does this affect relations with France, Poland and the Soviet Union?
