Buenas, ando ya queriendo cambiar mi chaifon, y vi varios celulares con buenas características, de entre ellos varios de la marca xiaomi, pero también he visto gente que dice tener problemas con su capa de personalización del software, y quiero saber las experiencias de mi Mujico querido y luego ver qué hago, gracias por responder de paso

Some of my apps even when I enabled their autostart, set their battery optimization to no restrictions, and locking them. MIUI still kills those applications.

One of these apps is 'Notisave'. It have a permanent notification, and when it is running it saves notifications from Messenger. However, some later, it's permanent notification will just disappear meaning the app was closed in the background.

Beside this, messenger also give late notifications making me always reply late to them (I feel bad)

How do I fix this? I love my Redmi Note 8 pro but if I must to, I'll just buy another one outside MIUI just for this issue. It's really getting annoying :(

Hi, anyone knows when update to miui 13 will be available on Poco X3 pro. I'm waiting to check if they finally repaired this ROM, because I want to switch for something that will finally works without lags..

Latest 12.5 global rom, rooted with magisk, safetynet fixed, LSposed with Miuicustomizer and Miui Force FPS modules:

• Some apps (google maps, photos, youtube) defaulted to 60hz before, not anymore, every single one of my apps is now running at 120 hz.

• Custom tones not working before, used a magisk module (from here) to add my custom sounds to system, now fixed.

• Double click to lock phone in miui launcher now available. No need for a lock widget. Also, loads of tweaks to the launcher in Miuicustomizer.

• Loads of other little tweaks to the system in miuicustomizer, not every single thing works, but most of them do.

Only thing I still loathe is no importance settings for notifications. Miuicustomizer should fix that, but that part of its options is still not working in Miui 12.5.

All my banking and payment apps still work.

Miui is now usable.

EDIT: notification categories can be easily fixed with Autonotification app from joaomgcd.

Is it possible to switch from poco launcher to miui launcher permanently? And if so how do i do it?

Trying to install Lineage on my Poxo X3 PRO. In fastboot mode, fastboot flash recovery lineage-18.1-20211231-recovery-vayu.img works with no errors. But then when I reboot into recovery mode it's still running MIUI recovery so the instructions on how to sideload the zip don't follow.

If lineage recovery hasn't replaced miui recovery does that mean the fastboot flash didn't work? Is there a way to switch from one recovery to another?

Edit: tried the same process but with twrp instead - still reboots into the miui recovery.

Edit edit: after fastboot flash recovery <recovery>.img it turns out you need to do fastboot boot <recovery>.img to manually boot into the correct recovery.

I'm currently using MIUI 13 on Xiaomi 12 Pro, with speed mode on Genshin is able to hit full performance with little throttling.

But any other settings with speed mode off, genshin performs awfully.

Even with performance mode on or set to balanced, which leads me to question what actually does performance mode do? They both have the same battery drain/thermal warnings and non-removable ugly notifications, so why do they not seem to function the same?

Just a little light of positivity, there are some really small bugs not even annoying but it runs so much better feels like a processor upgrade, not gonna lie I think I would like material you better but I am happy, runs great on my mi 11 Lite 5g

I am using MIUI eu stable.

I received the update notification on "MIUI Updater" app for India region and here are my two cents:

1. December 2021 security patch
2. No performance mode added despite other regions having the feature.
3. The update is labelled as "enhanced" but there are no significant changes.
4. The update, except for security, is overall minor. Hopefully, under the hood changes like battery life, RAM Management, thermal performance improve.

The update is STABLE but not significant.

but the latest update ruined it completely.

For some hard-to-understand reasons, the developer removed the playlist functionality. Why do they think that people don't need playlists? Unbelievable.

Since updating to the 12.5 version of the global rom, I've struggled to do the most menial tasks. It got to the point where apps would crash and I couldn't update my phone (Redmi note 8 pro). After messing around for half a day, I decided to try out the Chinese 12.5 MIUI and I can't believe how different it is from the global one. There are so many cool features that are missing! It's honestly unbelievable.
