Hi everyone! I’m looking for any advice or tips for, well, everything really. I’ve really been struggling with some neuro symptoms for about 7 months. Finally learned I had a chiari malformation by googling the findings in my MRI report. There’s a full detailed story after if that helps form any advice but really I’m just wondering if some of the symptoms I have are Chiari symtpoms, what I should do for help with them, and tips on how to deal with your loved ones not coping very well with you not being yourself.
So basically, I’m wondering, does anyone have experience with any of these more major symptoms and chiari? I know that some things I’m experiencing are chiari symptoms, but haven’t found a lot on more serious symptoms.
I just want to make sure I’m on the right track to getting help, I can’t live like this anymore. Symptoms I’m most concerned with and wondering if they’re connected to chiari are:
•Array of oddities with my vision that constantly change in intensity, style, and duration. They include double vision, blurred vision, floaters, and lack of peripheral vision.
•Constant and severe headache in a few different areas. Seem to stem from the base of my skull in the back of my head and travel to other locations in my brain and down into my neck. This pain will also travel down my whole arm and into my fingers. If the pain persists in my arms and fingers for a while, the fingers turn cold and tingly.
•Chronic Pain, Aches, and Fatigue in my limbs and extremities- They feel tired and sore like I have overworked them to the point of not being able to continue. i.e. I woke up this morning and got out of bed to get breakfast. By the time I got to the kitchen, my whole body was in so much pain and so tired I felt like I had just finished a 20-mile hike. Once it starts for the day, the pain only goes up from there. It happens even with no physical activity sometimes.
•Lack of control of my body? Not sure how to describe it but I’ll be walking and my legs will buckle, I constantly drop things, have tremors in my hands, and have a general lack of control over what happens to my body.
•General fatigue, no matter how much I sleep I have NO energy. Everything is draining. Both physically and mentally. A ten minute trip to the grocery store leaves me feeling like I may never be able to get out of bed again.
Do these sound like more severe chiari symptoms? Are they not symptoms that people with chiari have? If they are how do I get a doctor to help

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

Hematologic disorder VS Rheumatological disease VS Neurological problem????
Patient: 68y/o Caucasian American heterosexul male in monogamous relationship for 45+ years. NKA. No diabetes.
Current medications: Allopurinol 300mg, Amlodipine 10mg, Atenolol 100mg, Atorvastatin 20mg, Cholecalciferol 125mcg, Clopidogrel 75mg, Prednisone 7.5, Tamulosin 0.4, Trazodone 50mg PRN
PMH: Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Gout, Neuropathy, CVA with no residual deficits (2012).
Slight Thrombocytopenia since Nov 2020 (plt count ranges btn 120-130) Smoked 40 pack years, quit 20 years ago. Two glasses of red wine nightly, occasional recreational marijuana, no illicit drug use. Worked manual labor many years, then worked as a project manager
Family hx: Mother and father both deceased (both close to the age of 90 at time of death), cause of death Altzheimers disease and Dementia respectively, sister had breast Ca
COVID STATUS: Has not tested positive for COVID, though very ill Feb 2020. Received first 2 doses of vaccine in March and April, (Pfizer), instructed to wait on booster by rheumatologist.

October 2018: Pt. believed that he was having a stroke as "chin went numb". No other sx at that time, a few days later exhibited significant pain at that site. Physicians seen at that time included PCP, dentist, oral maxillofacial surgeon, and hematologist, ENT, neurologist. Extensive workup inconclusive. Tests performed at that time included:Brain MRI, facial CT, CXR, CT abdomen/pelvis, mammogram, breast US, bone scan, PET scan, all appropriate labs ordered, never had BmBx as hematologist was convinced (based on labs, imaging, and sx) that pt. did not have hematologic disorder. Orbit MRI showed "non expansible marrow abnormality in posterior body and angle of R side of mandible. Abnormal enhancement of R inferior alveolar nerve as it extends in the mandibular canal through this region and in the R mental nerve as it emerges from mental foramen" "Findings could represent marrow inflammation from nonvisualized dental dx with associated neuritis. Alternatively, they could represent an infiltrative neoplastic lesion such as lymphoma or myeloma w/ associated infiltration along the nerve". To this day chin is still numb.
Lab values at that time: Kappa/Lambda ratio 1.57, Protein electrophoresis (IMM)= No M spike, however hypoalbuminemia present. Beta 2 microglobulin=2.87
