A list of puns related to "Immobilise"
A situation that occurred in today's game.
After being pushed/pulled through an immobilise trap, does the push/pull go on? (because it's not the monster action moving) or does it stop at the trap (because push/pull are movement actions).
We agreed to disagree and eventually rolled a dice (which showed it would finish the push.
What's your take?
Hi- I have a session tonight and something came up at work when I had planned to skive and prep it.
I have a villain who will lure the party to an abandoned building, immobilise them and then set it on fire.
I need advice on their method of immobilisation. They are not a spell caster themselves but a crime lord who would have access to powerful items if needed.
Current thinking is a disposable spell storage device with a high level hold person (so as to target the whole party) but would love more elegant solutions.
Nothing too impossible for them to escape from of course- would ideally like them delayed but the dice will fall where they will.
When targeting an npc? I ask as on the npc location chart the torso has a damage bar? If you what does it affect?
You have to look them in the eyes, and you can only do one at a time.
Hope you can keep your eyes open,
There's no depth to shooting other than aim for the head. I wonder why they chose to leave leg shooting mechanics out..?
I always thought it was a mix of a volley cannon and a harpoon cannon, but, if there's any technology closer to that in real life, I'd like to know what it is.
exemple my lvl 20 shooting guy will always destroy the brain or the hearth so is there a mod that make it so that he will target the leg if i tell him to do so
So a room in POH which once you enter, you need to enter a pin(or something similar, security wise) to leave the room. If logged out here, and the account happened to get hacked then the character would be immobilised meaning unable to move around the map, access banks, suicide etc..
I understand bank pins have ways of being bypassed so this wouldnt be 100% hack-proof but it would add another level of security, and for those accounts out there that currently dont have bank pins due to changes ongoing or any other reasons.
Any suggestions?
EDIT: I suggested POH as an example but it could be a anywhere. Another example a communal room (not instanced) you can enter and talk in public only. When it comes to leaving the room you enter a secondary password.
EDIT 2: This is would mean hackers cannot drop untradeables, suicide a HC etc..
Those chickens are up to something

Imagine the situation, you come home and find your house has been burgled. Your laptop, iPad and iPhone all gone.
Police arrive but odds aren't good of you getting those things back. Hopefully you're insured.
Now imagine you have registered your things on Immobilise.com. You come home and find you've been burgled, you update Immobilise.com and show them as stolen. The crooks go to the local pawn shop who check the serial numbers against the Immobilise database and flag as stolen. The shop calls the police, property returned and hopefully one burglar in custody!
Immobilise is FREE, you can register anything with a serial number or unique identifier and if your things get stolen it helps the police return them to you.
I can't emphasise how helpful it is for you to register with them and store the details of your things.
>The Immobilise system was setup in 2003 and has had the support of the Police, mobile phone industry and central government since it's inception. With the support of these and numerous other organisations during the past 6 years the Immobilise service has grown to service over 25 million members in the UK alone.

Immobilise is supported by all UK police forces and you can see examples at The Met, West Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire Police, Northumbria, Lancashire, Devon and Cornwall and more simply search your police force and the word immobilise you'll probably find a reference on their website.
