So I’m 19 weeks clean been in this rehab for 19 weeks . They recently made me a house father so I’m supposed to look after the other patients hence I got my phone and a small salary .... not sure how to think of this whole thing , it’s like I have to learn to be assertive and deal with people who aren’t going to like me telling them what to do and it’s like fuuuck at least I’m still clean

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

I said "hey look, an escaPEA"

No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
