A list of puns related to "Helen Of Troy"
So apparently in the Nasuverse according to Case Files, there is something called the "Three Great Beauties" of the world, which are Cleopatra, Yang Guifei, and Helen of Troy.
Since we already have Cleopatra and Yang, I thought it'd be interesting to speculate how Helen would be designed as a Servant in the Nasuverse.
Consider how two of the Beauties have already been designed:
Cleopatra is an Assassin, whose self-destructive NP represents the "assassination" of Ancient Egypt, and she fights with flashy "Pharaoh martial arts" that she achieves through Imperial Privilege.
Yang Guifei is a Foreigner, channeling the power of the Outer God Cthugha, and has flame-based abilities and NP, which also represent how she caused the Tang dynasty to "burn up" in the flames of civil war.
So considering this, how do you think Type Moon would design Helen of Troy as a Servant? What kind of interesting interpretations could they come up with?
Ancient Greeks weren't too different from modern day weebs
God Concept: Helen of Troy
Pantheon: Greek
Type: Support Mage or Guardian
Abilities:
Passive:
Helen affects all male gods (including her allies) in her immediate vicinity for up to 55 units around her. The effects of her passive increase male gods damage by a set amount per level but lower their defenses in the process
Ability 1: Swan Dive
For a set time, Helen transforms into a swan, spreading her wings wide to create a shield wall for her allies and her basic attacks do less damage in this stance but she can still batter the enemy with her wings
Ability 2: Enrage
Helen shoots out a line attack, affecting a group of enemy minions and causing them to aggro to her for 2 seconds while increasing her defense during the duration
Ability 3: Inspire
Helen applies a buff on her targeted ally (male or female) similar to Kaliβs passive increasing HP5 and applying a small health shield until either said ally dies or Helen dies. She can only change targets in the fountain or when her ally dies.
Ultimate: Armistice
A circle is applied in a radius around Helen stopping all damage from occurring to both enemies and allies for a set time.
Is her face going to be a glowing ball of light? Are they going to hire a council of the best japanese artists to do a design for her, is she going to be a pseudo servant, Or will she be like the ultimate saberface?
Helen and Hero are mentioned- who is Hero?
and who is Laura?
Act 2 Scene 4
MERCUTIO
He looks skinny, like a dried herring without its eggs, and he hasnβt got his girl. O flesh, flesh, youβve turned pale and weak like a fish. Now heβs ready for Petrarchβs poetry. Compared to Romeoβs girl, Laura was a kitchen slave. Surely she has a better love to make rhymes for her. Dido was shabbily dressed. Cleopatra was a gypsy girl. Helen and Hero were sluts and harlots. Thisbe might have had a blue eye or two, but that doesnβt matter. Signor Romeo, bonjour. Thereβs a French greeting that matches your drooping French-style pants. You faked us out pretty good last night.

We all know the story and the subsequent books about Odysseus but did Troy really exist. I know a city was found in Turkey in the 1800s that itβs speculated to be Troy but has that ever been proven so. Any information would be helpful. Thank you
Hello,
First post to this community and think it abides by the rules, if not, apologies.
I was looking for sources of any kind (essays, poetry, etc) that explains if there were any concrete symbols Helen of Troy was associated with.
Also looking for any sources about Greek mothers/daughters whose lives were cut short tragically and not a result of arrogance or supercilious behavior.
Thanks in advance.
Edit: In sum, I'm looking for Greek symbols of loss and potentially rebirth, more connected to Helen the better.
Does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on with that Helen of Troy place behind Ace hardware?
In ancient greece, King Paris stole Helen Of Troy and triggered the Trojan war, possible parallel to the events at the Tourney of Harrenhall?

Gelanor's relationship to Helen interests me. What makes him so devoted to her, enough to [spoiler] (#s "leave his family and follow her to Troy")? In some ways, I thought he would be a better match for her than Paris since they have more similar minds. Did anyone find anything romantic about their relationship, or did you find it strictly one of mentorship? Did anyone find Paris ill-suited to Helen? If so, perhaps this conflict hints at the idea that Helen and Paris did not really choose each other at all and that Helen's love of Paris is strictly caused by Aphrodite - who would also be interesting to talk about in context of this book. I enjoy George's exploration of fate and choice through this vehicle - it leaves room for many interpretations. What's yours?
(Having no friends interested in this book, I have suffered long enough without someone to discuss it with! I caved and created a Reddit account for this post, so if I make some newbie mistake, let me know!)
