Personally, I get the feeling that GRRM is implying that none of them are. It has no significance to the story but if that's the case, it would certainly be one thing Genna has in common with Cersei. And it would certainly be something for Genna to get revenge on the Freys like that.

It’s also interesting to see Jaime and Genna’s interactions. There is a component of accepting the societal norms, and it is clear that Genna is highly intelligent, in a manner where few in GoT are. She recognizes her families strengths and weaknesses, when even Tywin cannot. It’s interesting to see how Jaime is able to think self critically with maturity, far different from the man he was when he pushed Bran. She understands the nuances of her brothers and adds incredible depth to the Lannister house. Overall, these subtle details of characters who only appear a few times gives the world of asoiaf even more realism and shows Martin’s genius
