A list of puns related to "Geisha Girl"
Im really worried that I might have offended a young lady I know and would appreciate some feed back. I work in a major metropolitan area and I live in a nearby very luxurious building with mostly other high income professionals and young executives. We spend a lot of time together either using the buildings gym and pool, partying, or enjoying local restaurants and bars. A beautiful Japanese girl started hanging out with us and one night we were discussing geishas on the rooftop pool. She asked if I would like her to be my geisha and of course I agreed but I thought she meant like a traditional geisha who would entertain with song, dance, and conversation. When we got to my apartment and I asked her what song she would perform she was like what the hell!? Turns out she just wanted to 69 with me! I feel like it was inappropriate to assume she knew the historically accurate depiction of geishas! AITA here for making that assumption?
She would cut herself with her hairpin and when it heals, she would go over it again.
She ends up meeting this foreign boy from a boat/ship, everyone on the boat has dark skin and covered in scars. I think the boy also had a bird? An eagle, hawk or another big bird with large talons.
From what I can remember, she was either an orphan or was thrown out by her biological mom and the geisha-house "mother" took her in.
Hi Reddit! Hoping you can help me find a book I read probably 10 or so years ago, I'm not sure if it was new at the time.
It's about a poor girl living in a slum like area I think who gets picked to become a geisha, I think it's after something happens to her family? I'm sure her name was Peach or something similar, and I think the title was only one or two words.
It's definitely not Memoirs of a Geisha! It follows a similar sort of storyline though, I'm sure there was a battle or war or something and the main character travelled round the country with a group.
Appreciate that's not much to go on, but I'll know it as soon as I hear it! Thanks in advance.
