While analyzing George Bello’s chances of getting an English work permit, I noticed how key the USMNT being Top 20 in the FIFA rankings is.
So you need 15 points to get an English work permit.
Making 1% of appearances for a Top 20 national team gives you 7 points (while 21-30 ranked teams require 20-29% of appearances to get 7 points).
Playing in the MLS (a band 4 league according to the English rules) gives you 6 points. Then playing just 50% of your MLS teams minutes gives you 2 points.
So, George Bello making a single appearance for the NT (assuming we keep rank 20) this year gives him 7 points and he gets 8 from ATL (6 by being an MLS player, and 2 for playing more than 50% of minutes).
TLDR and conclusion: if we are ranked top 20 in FIFA, MLS players who (1) play 50% of their club minutes and (2) make a single appearance for the NT, can get to 15 points and qualify for an English work permit.

I buy the game, hoping I could play it with a PS5 controller with DS4Windows. I can't, whatever I do the controls are either messed up, or it will keep scrolling in the menus if I press R2 (RT)
I try to play with keyboard. Works fine, but one "tiny little" problem. I am literally unable to shoot the ball. Whatever I do, whatever button I assign to it, it just quite literally won't shoot.
So basically I am unable to play the game. I'm definitely not mad that I payed money for this.

So, I've been trying to understand new development/training system. What I still didn't understand is, is everyone getting trained automatically after you set their development preferences? Also, it seems like only my first team players are being trained, and youth squad are not. Now, the biggest treat of all! I've started my first career as I do in every FIFA, with worst club on Legendary difficulty. Now, I usually develop youngsters and in 5 seasons I'm UCL champion. But I saw the new financial takeover feature, so I said hey, let's try buying all the stars I can get to Harrogate and win League/FA Cup in first and Europa League in the second season. I bought Ronaldo, Modric, Thiago Silva, etc., every player I have is rated above 83. So when the season started, I obviously simulated League 2 games thinking it'll be a joke, just to lose the first game at home 1:3 to Bradford and next game I played 0:0. I was in disbelief. But ok, first cup game came and I didn't want to risk it, so I didn't sim but played. I lost 3:1 to Southend, they were playing like PSG. I lost it and repeated the game, won 3:0 but only after I played like I play when I have extremely shitty team competing against the best. This is just ridiculous. Please, football games makers, do not "improve": your games anymore, please! Because for the last 9 years, all of your games, FIFA, PES, FM, suck more each year!

....But in FIFA 21, with a combination of swaps and SBCs, we've only had 39 icons available!
It's been a rather underwhelming year for content on FIFA in general. But yeah, atleast we have had 700 party bag SBCs so far.

I don't really understand how this EA Play works. Do i have access to these games if i get EA Play? It's 3,99€ a month and if i understood correct, i can play all the games EA added there and to my knowledge, there is FIFA 20/21.

I normally don't buy back-to-back fifa games, but currently, fifa 21 champions Edition is on sale for PS4, so i an thinking of upgrading 🤔 Do you guys think it is worth, to Upgrade to '21?
Right now, i am pretty happy with' 20, especially with my current RTG save, but i've seen that they've changed the concept of Training players and YA, as far as i've seen. And that is something i actually really enjoy, so maybe i the update would be nice 🤔
When I go to make a custom tournament on FIFA20 it’s just crashes. Every time I get the groups set up and click advance the game just crashes. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
