I just want to make a quick post to explain what's in the title. If you only have one pan, maybe people here will think: "oh, now that's a simple life". And, depending on the way you manage this, it can be. But maybe you only have one pan because you believe that's simple living but actually you are just cleaning the only pan you have all the time. Maybe you think "I will not buy an household appliance because that's not simple living" but buying some of these can make your life much simpler! Of course, you don't have to buy everything, a lot of these are really useless and ridiculous, but there's useful stuff too.
For myself, I bought only an Air Fryer and a cleaning robot and my life is much simpler now. I put my meat at the Air Fryer, go practice one of my hobbies and 20 minutes later the meat I need for 4 days is done. The cleaning robot is the exact same situation. And there's a lot of cheap options (I live in a underdeveloped country, gains like 20% higher than the minimum wage and live by myself and could still bought it without a lot of effort).
So, sometimes, think with yourself: "which activity in the house I don't really like to do and is there anything I can do to optimize this to have more free time to actually enjoy my life?" Sometimes you can optimize the activity for free just changing the way you do it, sometimes you can buy something that will make your life much easier.
It took me awhile to get the bigger picture, but yes being conservative is all about the status quo and maintaining the societal expectations as it is
In this case men are expected to
-be low maintenance(adds a social stigma to guys who are more apperance-concious, into things like spas or saunas, are into fashion or even my category who would be someone who's very hygeine concious and OCD about cleanliness, funny enough Donald Trump himself is admittedly a germaphobe lol)
-Be ruthless and careless amongst eachother
-Be the chivalrous one in a relationship and get nothing in return(exaggeration I know lol)
-Be very rigid about their sexuality and gender expression
-Have our health be barely prioritized by society since we are deemed too disposable and utilitarian
-Get sent off to war at any given moment
That being said I am still am right wing in some of my aspects, but not conservative. Hell, even when I started identifying with the mainstream right, right around summer of 2017 which is when I made my 180 from thinking I was a hippie anti establishment liberal to actually realizing I am sorta a right winger in denial, I never called myself conservative in any fashion, right wing sure, conservative hell no, maybe traditionalist(my mannerisms are very old fashioned I will tell you that), but that's a story for a different time
Regardless, you can definitely not be conservative and be an MRA, I am not trying to gatekeep, but it's in the name, CONSERVative.

In exchange for such exclusive license, Regnum(RGMP) has agreed to pay regulatory and sales-based milestone payments, as well as a royalty of 50 percent on net sales.

I know that we know nothing about the game except those "leaks" but I'm hearing talks of the game being exclusive (where did people got this rumor from?), which I really doubt because there's no way that Take Two makes Bioshock a one platform exclusive.

I think I already know the answer is no since there's no money involved but I thought I'd ask and rant.
My sellers signed a exclusive right to sell contract in November. Their tenants are family members and have been dragging their feet on getting all their stuff moved out or at least cleaned up so I can get photographers in.
We finally gave them a deadline of last week and big surprise, they weren't able to move all their shit out in one weekend. Ive been talking to them since early October trying to help lol. So I told them we should wait to list until January.
Then I get a call today that sellers have decided to gift the tenants the house so they don't have to deal with it anymore. They wanted to sell to get their names of the deed and were going to give her daughter and fam (tenants) all the gains anyway.
I guess my next step would be try to keep working with the tenants? There's nothing else I can legally do right?
I work in advertising and this practice has been around for years. A photographer can post photography then anyone with the money can buy exclusive rights to the photo. It's then removed from the market. Nobody else is even allowed to use it or else they could face legal ramifications.
Isn't this the same thing as NFTs? It just sounds like a licensing agreement with extra steps.
