A list of puns related to "Edger"
For 3oz veg tan? I know its thin, any suggestions?
All this talk about Speed Racer adaption reminded me of another series that managed to adapt a pretty tough medium into a pretty great live-action movie.
While SPVTW is based on a comic it takes heavy inspiration from anime and video games, two mediums that are often called impossible to adapt.
The movie doesn't try to justify any of the silliness of the comic or take away from the moment with characters constantly cracking quick one-liners throughout a conversation, in fact, while the movie is undoubtedly silly the characters themselves take themself kind of seriously, the humor stems from the weirdness of the situation.
Not to mention as with all his movies, Edgar Wright is able to give it a unique style that doesn't just seem like a shot for shot remake without having the spark.
My Easy Edger is leaving lines on the bottom side of the strap where it comes into contact with the feet that press the leather against the blades.
Iβve tried adjusting the position of those feet but it seems when the feet are loose enough to not mark the leather they arenβt keeping enough pressure on the strap and when theyβre tight enough to keep the leather pressed against the blade theyβre marking the leather.
Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Weaver suggested I adjust the foot position but alas, here we are.
Is this just a compromise people make for the convenience of easy strap edging? Iβd just as soon bevel them by hand as to leave marks in my leather. The only straps I use are Wickett & Craig Harness leather which seems to be quite susceptible to this issue.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Looking to purchase french edgers, pqlasanto edgers seems pretty good, are they worth it? 8s there a more affordable ones withe same results?
Hi everyone!
My wife and I just bought our first house (yay!), and we were hoping to sand down and refinish the hardwood floors. All of the floors are hardwood, except the bathroom.
We have a big problem though β Home Depot rented us a large square buff floor sander and a floor edger, which theyβve now admitted was a bad combo.
Still, the large sander is was great β it was gentle, took a little off the floor at a time, and was easy to use. The floor edger thoughβ¦ My friend went around the house, and the edger took a HUGE amount off the wood!
I tried my hardest to match the depth the edger got to, but to no avail. The next day I rented a drum sander and was able to get down close to the same depth, but there is now a 1 to 2 inch strip between where the drum sander left off and the edger got in.
My wife and I were going to stain the floors, but we are now painting because we think the damage is too much and we're hopeful the paint will cover our shameful, shameful mistakes. But I still need to get rid of the mostly unsanded strip between the edge of the walls and the middle. What would be the best machine to use? We have a belt sander, palm sander, and an orbital. Iβm hesitant to rent the edge sander again, because Iβm afraid we might mess up and go even farther into the wood.
Any recommendations would be super, super appreciated! If it helps, we are in Ontario, Canada, so our local reno/rental places are restricted to Home Depot, Home Hardware, and RONA.
I'll be heading to the house tonight after work, so if I can take photos of anything else that will help, please let me know.
Thanks!

TL;DR: Floor edger went too deep. Drum and giant floor sander canβt meet edger. Left with 1 β 2 inch of mostly unsanded area. HALP!
Any recommendations for a stand alone battery edger? Ego and Ryobi edger are part of a multi head system and I don't need that as I already have a string trimmer from Ego. I believe Ryobi is the same situation. Any other companies make just a battery powered edger? Thanks!
Also, I have used my ego string trimmer to edge as well, would rather have a dedicated edger tool though if possible.
This NNN I've embarked on a journey of edging. Have been edging since the 30th of October and gonna try to last until December to prove that edging doesn't always result in failure.
Y'all might be against me, but this is the hill I'm gonna die on (or hopefully survive). Any threats I should look out for (except for going over the edge, I'm disciplined enough for that) ?
I don't have an ideal room in my house to sit the exams. I'm wanting to go here for them but are they even open?
