I have been to I Kyiv & Lviv. I'm aware of the political tensions between Russian & Ukrainian. Lviv was a wonderful city. I'm American who knows English, Spanish, and a little bit of Russian. I know that the Russian language may be a hot button topic.

What is the public sentiment of speaking Russian in Dnipro? Is all of Ukraine turning like Lviv? When I was in Lviv, I remember getting dirty looks for speaking Russian.
