A list of puns related to "Disney Adventures"
Disneyland California Adventure was really fun. I was able to ride all the rides that we wanted to and we left early. Hereβs the recap:
So my mom and I went there on rope drop for the first time and it was pretty crowded. We were near the front and everyone was smooshed together shoulder-to-shoulder. I would say only about 20-30% were wearing masks while waiting whereas most people had their masks down/had their nose hanging out. Many others also were just not wearing masks at all π€·ββοΈ. I was wearing an N95 + mask over it while my mom was wearing KN95.
When rope drop happened it was like a stampede into Avengers Campus (mainly mostly for Web Slingers (which we were going for first as well as basically everyone). I would say everyone was AT LEAST speed-walking but some were darting and dashing into the queue. I actually ended up separated from my mom but I caught up to her in the queue. We were able to get on pretty quickly after rope drop and it was pretty cool but definitely tiring for the arms π .
Afterwards, we headed to Cars Land in hopes to ride the Cars ride. However, it was closed down for maintenance. While heading there it was also pretty empty but I figured everyone else was waiting in queue for web slingers or they went to Pixar Pier. We were able to get a really nice photo with no strollers parked and no queue though so thatβs good π. We then walked through the hanging that connects the food places and Cars Land near the bathrooms and it was also pretty empty.
Then we walked to Pixar Pier. Pretty much the whole day the queue for Incredicoaster was 15 minutes, but I chose to ride single rider and I went on basically immediately. Afterwards, we walked to Toy Story Mania and it was also closed down for maintenance. We then ate breakfast on a bench near Arielβs ride and again it was still mostly empty but more people seemed to trickle in. Afterwards, we walked onto Ariel and we were able to ride it right away.
After Ariel, we rode the wet ride and it was also a walk on. We couldβve gotten our own boat too but the guy didnβt do that even though we initially opted to ride it because we saw boats of 2 only π€·ββοΈ. The couple that rode with us was very nice though. We got drenched π . We walked to Soarin but it was a 60 minute wait so we just didnβt because it wasnβt really on our list anyways π©.
To update on the mask situation, SO MANY people were just not wearing masks, or they were wearing it incorrectly. In the queues, it was even more

I chatted with the Regal rep on Facebook today, and they said that we should have received 2 DMI codes for seeing all three films in the Marvel promotion. According to the rep, the 500 DMI points for seeing two of the three films was sent on December 20, and the 500 DMI points for seeing all three was sent on January 6. I saw all three, but only received the January 6 points.
Just curious: Did anyone on this sub get both codes for seeing all three movies?
I was thinking back on my previous disney dining, and I really have been missing the food and drinks at DCA Lamplight. I love love the food here at Disney World, but genuinely curious if there is there anything comparable? I haven't ate food in Disney Springs yet, so possibly I am missing out on something equally delicious there.
Hey guys,I know I am back in the ducktales reddit,But I want to say something, we know that there was going to be a Disney's DuckTales World Showcase Adventure in EPCOT but because of the pandemic and the 2017 show's cancelation/ending,We are not sure when the Disney's DuckTales World Showcase Adventure will appear or not as it keeps on getting postponed and we didn't receive any word or info on when will it open which makes me think that Disneyworld's Epcot will likely abandon it.
So in this thread we need to discuss if Disneyworld's Epcot will abandon the Disney's DuckTales World Showcase Adventure
We recently re-watched the Ichabod portion of the movie, when we saw that somehow, Ichabod escaped the Headless Horseman, and married Katrina. Something mustβve changed under our noses, and we need your help to get to the bottom of this.
Rules for the Ichabod portion:
We put you in the movie scene before the chase scene commences with Ichabod and the Headless Horseman. Be careful.
When you hear the Headless Horseman laughing, hide. It doesnβt matter where, just hide.
If the Headless Horseman sees you, it is too late. All you can do now is accept your fate.
Follow the Headless Horseman behind. Donβt follow too close or else heβll notice you.
As soon as Ichabod crosses the bridge, grab the Headless Horsemanβs pumpkin head, and throw it at Ichabod when he turns around.
After you do that, run away and avoid the Headless Horseman. Hide in the bushes or up in the trees if you can.
If the Headless Horseman gives up on looking for you, climb down to the ground, and teleport yourself back to Disney Labs.
We hope you survive the Headless Horseman, and avoid having your head chopped off. Good luck.
Elements I can recall:
This film was on VHS in the 1990s. I found it in a large collection of live, action-adventure Disney-made movies but it is not necessarily itself a Disney film--it just fit in thematically with the others.
It involved a brother and a sister (the sister with long, thin, brown, 70s-style hair) on an island. The two lead actors were prepubescent. There was a man in his 30s with amnesia who is later revealed to be their long-lost father. Their mother is dead and her picture is in a locket; it is this locket that awakens the man's memory. The locket is lost at the bottom of a pool of water below a waterfall. There is also a very large quartz crystal hidden in a cave behind the waterfall which the film's narrative claims is a gigantic diamond (that part sounds like The Rescuers, right?). The film may have involved pirates. I only ever saw this movie as a child and no one I know has seen it since. Based on what I remember of the movie I feel it was likely made in the 1970s. The collection of films this was in also included many dubbed cartoons and live-action family adventure films imported from Europe, so it may be a European film that was dubbed (I would have been too young to recognize whether a film was dubbed or not).
This is one of our most favorite Disney movies from the 1940βs, and itβs ruined. Apart from the Ichabod Crane part, the Mr. Toad part is ruined, as he never got the deed back to Toad Hall when we watched it. Your job is to join Toad and his friends to sneak into Toad Hall and snatch the deed from Mr. Winkie without getting caught. However, if you do get caught, as usual, youβll be killed.
Good luck.
Rules for the Mr. Toad portion of the movie:
1A) On top of the bridge is a weasel guard keeping look out with a flashlight. Try your best to stay out of his sight. If his flashlight falls onto you, heβll get out a gun and shoot you and the others, deeming you and them trespassers.
2A) If you somehow wake up the weasels, theyβll throw knifes at you and the others, killing them and you.
2B) If one weasel wakes up, knock him out before he wakes the others.
3A) Slowly reach your hand in the inside of his coat pocket and take the deed.
3B) If heβs clutching the deed to his chest, create a rope to drop someone down with so they can grab the deed from his chest, and lift them back up.
If you do one of these things and succeed, accompany Toad and his friends to the police station to show the proof that Toad indeed traded Toad Hall for a stolen motor car.
If, however, you fail to do so, the weasels will murder you and the others. Theyβll save you last so you can witness seeing the deaths of Toad, Mole, Water Rat, and MacBadger. Theyβll make sure their deaths will be slow and painful.
Please revive the true ending of the Mr. Toad portion of the classic 1949 movie. Weβd hate to have it ruined forever.
Now go and save the movie. Weβre counting on you.
I was just thinking, is there any Disney or even Pixar movie where the main characters don't go on some adventure other than Encanto? Like, the whole movie is set in the house and the little town. Just for clarification, I'm not complaining about it, I enjoy the setting of the house. But, can you note any other Disney or Pixar movies without an adventure?
