CLG recently posted a shocking video on twitter showing a devastated team being told that if they had gone 3-0 this week then the roster would remain intact, but since they went 1-2 there would be imminent roster swaps. To have this kind of dreadful meeting with nonsense logic in the first place is unnecessary but to actually air this kind of "publicity" publicly is abhorrent. What the hell were they thinking? The players, especially Finn and Broxah, look terribly sad, demoralized and dejected. The atmosphere in that room is horrible. This is not how you treat players and run a team.
CLG as an org has been a disgrace, both on the summoner's rift, and off. This thread is for people to share their disappreciation of this rotten org/team, but to be clear, it is absolutely not for any personal attacks. The team's incredibly poor performance in LCS and Academy for the past few years suddenly makes a lot more sense when you realize that this is the way this they are running the team. Currently they are joint last in LCS and dead last in academy, and this is has been the case for several splits now.
To post a video like that has seriously tanked the value of their players, as if being a player for CLG didn't take their values enough. CLG needs to be kicked out yesterday.
I really hope the players all have exit clauses in their contracts and to speak out about this, talk to the LCS Player's Assocation, talk to other people in the league and don't put up with this.
This disgusting behavior is so fitting of the namesake of the org, truly counter logic.
TSM's performance has been completely unacceptable at the World Championship, especially as the LCS #1 seed.
The purpose of this thread is for people to share their disappreciation of TSM, their recent performance, how the org reeks of nepotism, how pathetic the attitude of some team members has been and is specifically not to personally attack anyone.
TSM by definition had one of the easier groups in the tournament and completely and utterly shit the bed. Furthermore, their presence as a pool 1 seed created disjointed groups in terms of strength, further harming the competitive integrity of this tournament.
The other NA teams who attended, Team Liquid and Flyquest, actually bothered to put up fights and showed clear signs of improving in the 2nd week as they adapted to the meta and developed effective strategies to employ against the other teams in their groups. TSM actually impressed many with how uncoordinated they were and showed virtually no signs of life going into week 2. From many of the clips of their games, players seemed afk, making uncoodinated plays and very questionable decisions, "do nothing and lose". Unicorns of Love, a literal wildcard team, displayed better macro than TSM.
This is extremely surprising as TSM have 3 very experienced players, and experienced coaches who have all been on the international stage before. From analysis of the number of soloQ games played, TSM's players in general played less than other teams. Attitudes that have been previously displayed like "Spring Split doesn't matter" and tweeting out memes after the games echoes worrying sentiments that come off as just not being bothered. Where is the work ethic? Where is the competitive mentality? Where is the type of thing that makes people look at you and think, yeah they're taking this seriously?
The NA LCS is going to get continually memed on, cast aside as a complete joke if this is the kind of org/team that represents the region internationally. NA is supposed to be a major region, the #1 seed should be seen as a highly competitive contender. These players are paid millions and what exactly do they have to show for it? A record making 0-6 scoreline and a bunch of airport memes.
Fans should be demanding answers for this complete shitshow. The org and its owners need to take a long hard look in the mirror and figure out where the problems are and communicate the solutions to those problems effectively with the community.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
