Pretty much what it says on the tin. All of Deoxys' formes except its Normal Forme gain a secondary type. I've come up with some examples and I'm counting on you guys to tell me how good (Or bad. Probably bad) they would be. Feel free to suggest your own as well.

Normal Forme, as stated above, most likely remains pure Psychic. Unless we wanted to make it Psychic/Normal because puns.

Attack Forme, I was debating between Psychic/Fighting and Psychic/Dark. The former fits its theme...but is also the same as Mega Mewtwo X. Dark is the best backup I could think of.

Defense Forme seems like a pretty obvious pick for Psychic/Steel. And while we're at it let's give it Iron Head too. I will not apologise.

Speed Forme could go several ways, but the ones that make most sense to me are Psychic/Electric or Psychic/Flying. Pick whichever you would hate fighting against more.

Instead of just being a bootleg Deoxys-A, and thus being the Ubers equivalent of Untiered, Deoxys-N has stats averaged between its various forms:
HP: 50
ATT: 115
DEF: 90
SP. ATT: 115
SP. DEF: 90
SPD: 140
This gives it a significant bulk increase compared to Deoxys-A while still holding better offensive capabilities than Deoxys-D & Deoxys-S.
Would this retrofitted Deoxys-N be any better or hold some sort of niche in a few Ubers tiers, even if powercreep eventually caught up to it?
I think it could serve a good mix between offensive and defensive sets (leaning towards the former), especially in Gen 4 when vanilla Normal had its peak niche of countering Deoxys-S. It could especially be good as an offensive Stealth Rocker since the increased bulk means it might not need a Focus Sash or increased investment into its defenses to survive SE attacks
Edit: To clarify, this includes Gens 3-7, not just the Gen 8 metagame.
