I tried creating a new state called Γanakkale in the Bursa state in Turkey using the nudge tool. But once i created the state the game crashed and i couldn't open it again. I tried it with Ethiopia and it worked. Then I tried it with another Turkish state, Ankara and this time it also worked. Is the reason for it not working in Bursa because it is a demilitarized zone? Or has it got something to do with the Bosporus DLC, which i do not own? And how can I fix this issue?
I saw a screenshot on the Steam page for it and it looked like it did. If so, how easy/difficult is it to get rid off? Is it as easy as getting rid off the demilitarized zone for the Rhineland?
It just seems strange to me that Gotham is allowed to exist while several national security threats are just living there. I get that it's corrupt, but the more that the threats get out of the city, the more that it seems like the military should be sent in to take care of it instead of Batman. Also especially since at least a few batman plot points are "villain steals experimental military technology to create novelty weapon" and it seems like they might want those back.

You don't have to be religious to understand the desire to make a worldwide demilitarized zone a reality. None of us thinks this will be easy or quick, but it can't be impossible so we keep it on our list of goals. If you can dig it, then bring your shovel and come along for the wild ride with us.
