Dedifferentiated Puns

30f Caucasian 5'4" 185lbs non-smoker no recreational drug use. Occasional alcohol use. Diagnosed with grade 3 dedifferentiated parosteal osteosarcoma of the right leg with medullary involvement good margins. Started in May recurred twice. First time grew between 3-4cm in 6 weeks. Second time grew over 5cm in 4 weeks. Also diagnosed with ADHD taking 36mg Concerta for that and depression taking 300mg welbutrin for that. Also taking Cymbalta and nurotin(sp?) For never pain. My most recent surgery was an amputation of my right leg.

I'm still trying to understand a good deal concerning my diagnosis since this all happened so fast but mostly I want to know what the recommendation is as far as chemo goes. The decision has been left up to me but I could use advice on what to advocate for.

I'm also curious to know about the difference of using methotrexate vs not using it. Like what are the benefits and should I advocate for using the tri cocktail of methotrexate, doxyirubin, and cisplatin? Or would doxyirubin and cisplatin be enough. Is there any advantage to not using methotrexate such as will it give another option if I do grow another time agree reviving

I do know I don't feel comfortable waiting for another tumor to grow given how aggressive the one in my leg was. I'm concerned that I'll lose another appendage or one will grow somewhere it can't be cut out or off. And this kind of cancer is rare so studies show chemo is controversial.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
