A list of puns related to "Decedent"
Hello!
Just as the title says.
Are there any cases where someone wanted to die in the wilderness and were later found? My SO and I were just talking about how he'd like to be "thrown in the trash" ( a la it's always sunny) but would love for his body to contribute to nature.
Are there any cases that you strongly believe that people may have chosen to become one with nature? Not succumbed to nature. And maybe LE and the family still haven't accepted it?
Chris McCandless is similar to what I'm talking about but he ultimately succumbed, not resigned himself, to nature.
"Mostly Harmless" was at some point thought to have went on a long hike believing he had a terminal diagnosis (later confirmed not true).
So I guess I'm talking about someone who was suicidal (maybe family can't accept it?) Or have had an illness. Either way, something unsolved.
Thanks!
I want to do a Pagan Egyptian run, and I wans wondering if anyone knew if there were any characters that are decedents of any Egyptian families, in the game. I totally understand if there isn't much information, but I'd love to try and remake Egypt with a family that could arguably have a claim to it.
Hello everyone, for the last few months I have been creating long form write-ups on a variety of unsolved cases. If you are interested in other lengthy write ups you can find them on my profile- https://www.reddit.com/user/Quirky-Motor/.
I was browsing NAMUS the other day in my home state of Washington when I came across something that caught my attention. A large percentage of the unidentified people in Washington state in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s were unidentified transient men who were found dead in Spokane, Washington. When browsing chronologically, at one point there were five of these men listed in a row. So I decided to look a little closer. Despite the fact that King County in Seattle (2.2 million) is four times the size of Spokane County (550,000) in population, a ratio which has stayed consistent throughout the decades, Spokane has 17 unidentified adult male decedents, over 20 if you count children and infants. King County on the other hand has only 14 unidentified male decedents. This figure includes children and adults in King County. What has caused this odd uptick of unidentified bodies and murder victims? While many cases were natural deaths or accidents, a few were homicides. Was a predator targeting homeless men in Spokane? Or is premature death simply the reality of people living on the streets? Or maybe the Spokane Police Department is merely vigilant in uploading the cases of unidentified people into NAMUS. Either way all of these men deserve some exposure so that hopefully they can get their names back and their loved ones can get some answers. Let's take a look.
Spokane John Doe January 21, 1961: This unidentified man was found sitting upright near the Spokane River and Howard street. Rats had eaten some of his face, but he was still recognizable. He had been dead approximately three days and had died from most likely heart disease, although only an external examination was performed. The man was most likely in his 60s and was possibly homeless due the area his body was in. He was most likely white/ caucasian. There is no other information for this man, we donβt even know his hair color, clothing, or possessions. There is no mention in the autopsy regarding his teeth. His fingerprints were taken, but unfortunately no DNA is available for this John Doe. There is no other information available and no rule outs for his identity.

... keep reading on reddit β‘Edit: Looking for info on my ancestors. Not βdescendantsβ or βdecedentsβ sorry for the horrible typo and usage of the wrong word.
Does anyone know where I can begin to look for information about my Mexican grandparents, great grandparents and so forth? Iβve tried ancestry dot com and another one of those sites, but it seems like thereβs not much information being that my parents came from Mexico. Like is there an international or Mexican ancestry site? I donβt know where to look. TIA
My husband died at age 52 a few months ago. I am attempting to fill a Beneficiary individual retirement account Application.
I must select from "Life Expectancy", "Ten Year Rule", and "Treat as Own" sub-choices. My initial thought is to use "Treat as Own" as I have a Roth IRA at the same financial institution, but i know nothing about "Life Expectancy" and "Ten Year Rule." I was born five months after my husband; thus, I can elect life expectancy or the 10-year rule as options.
Please give me URLs to explanations for "Life Expectancy" and "Ten Year Rule" written plainly for beneficiaries.
Or if you can explain each within 200 words in a reply, that'd be also helpful.
I am not a Tolkien expert by any means, however I have a question regarding the decedents of Castamir the usurper. If the the decedents of Castamir had remained prominent in Umbar up until the time of the death of Earnur, would they have a viable claim to the throne of Gondor? With the rest of the House of Anarion gone would they be considered for the throne if they were surviving decedents of Castamir?
Also, how would the stewards react if decedents of Castamir put forth their claim after the death of Earnur? Would they reject the claim due to the kin-strife in the past? Would they accept their claim due to the need of a new king?
If the decedents of Castamir did receive the throne after the death of Earnur, would they be servants of Sauron or would they just prioritize Gondorian supremacy? Would there be a risk of another civil war if the stewards in this scenario decided to reject their claim? Would this lead to the faster downfall of Gondor and if they did receive the throne would it be beneficial or detrimental to Gondor in their struggle against Sauron?
The Trans Doe Task Force was created to research cold cases in which the subject may have been transgender or gender-variant. TDTF also advises and educates the public, media, and law enforcement regarding the needs of and sensitive differences between Trans Doe cases and other Doe cases. The TDTF also reaches out to assist law enforcement departments, medical examiners, and forensic anthropologists with getting their cases submitted for forensic genealogy.

... keep reading on reddit β‘For context, I (32F) live in CA and inherited my uncleβs home in NV and have been making the mortgage payments since he passed in September 2019.
The house was willed to me and my name is on the title. However, when I tried to refinance earlier this summer so that the mortgage would be under my name, my dad decided to be a super dick and refused to hand over the proof of title transfer that I needed to complete the refi process. My dad hired a lawyer and after months of back and forth, the refi application fell apart and the loan officer recommended that I wait till probate ends in March. Itβs odd because this was a planned inheritance, with the aim of avoiding probate entirely...but like I said, Dadβs kind of a dick. (Also, Iβm new to this, so I hope Iβm describing the process/terminology correctly!)
That said, Iβm now using Credit Karma for my taxes, and am wondering what to do with the 1098 form. It was mailed to my apartment in CA but addressed to my late uncle and has his SSN on it.
So: Do I file it as my own? Or do I need to file taxes for my uncle?
TIA for any help. Your girl is a deer in the headlights right now!
The title says it all and I'm looking for any advice to restore his white facial hair.
Update: I bleached and toned his facial hair. It came out perfectly and his skin didn't dry out whatsoever. The hair was very thick and coarse (being facial hair afterall) and so it took a little longer than I expected. Maybe the massive amount of moisturizing I did with kalon cream and restorative, checking every week or so kept his skin from drying out too much. In fact, I know it did because his hands lost tons of moisture and patches of his skin as well.
I'll summarize the situation: the couple were unmarried but engaged with a minor child. The parent who had their name on the home, car, etc. died suddenly without a will. The surviving parent is now the sole caretaker of the child, who it would seem is the inheritor of the estate.
Queue the grandparents who have hired a lawyer to handle the probate. Reading Oregon law it seems like this is a giant gray area and the child's surviving parent might have not standing to contest the grandparent's intervention or even have a say in what is done with the assets that the minor child inherits.
The poor, surviving parent is without any assets to even fight with and the grandparent's look poised to swoop in and kick them out of the home they started their family in, I've already advised that they get a lawyer too but how is there no provision for the child's caretaker to be made the executor or manager of the estate?
This should be more straightforward since there are no other interested parties, but Iβm overthinking the language in the Texas statutes. The decedent bought their home (not a homestead) less than 2 years ago and still has an outstanding mortgage.
NET assets (total assets >$75k less total liabilities >$75k) amount to less than $75k. My initial thought is that we could file a Small Estate Affidavit, but because real property is involved, would it make more sense to file an Affidavit for Heirship instead? TIA
ETA Clarification: Weβre wanting to sell the house, not keep it.
Descendent*** (Autocorrect failure, Iβm a dumbass, canβt edit the title)
I stumbled across this Reddit board and wanted to say that I think if any of yβall have kids or younger kids, youβve done them a great favor. Itβs unlikely theyβll end up in the church as adults.
I grew up in rural Utah surrounded by distant relatives and Mormons - my great grandmother left the church after seeing how weird it was having a polygamist father and just generally how backwards Mormonism can be. I spent my childhood having my classmates try to reconvert our family, because everyone keeps REALLY extensive genealogical records, and they knew our family left ages ago. The community only recently seems to have started to let it go. (PS I know some very nice people from here even if I think their religion is cult-y)
Anyway, hope all your future/current kids feel the same.
so by that logic one of the strongest non irregulars should be Eurasia Enne Zahard who like bam both parents are irregulars.
she is ranked even higher than her own irregular mom and dad, so do you think shes stronger than them irregulars or no? and its just another reason to show why bam will be so strong hes the same as eurasia but also became and irregular himself.
and if you do think shes stronger is it just because of the blood of the king boost?
Or any family names that still exist from Roman times?
And is any Italian nobility descended of them?
