Doesn't your cat scratching the cardboard lead upto torn pieces of it? I'm looking at DIY scratch boards and although it looks easy to make, it makes me wonder if it'll create a huge mess.

Aren't triangles the strongest shape? Is it due to manufacturing? or are triangles not strongest in this case?
Can anyone recommend a reliable source for doing short run (quantity 500) e-flute custom printed mailer boxes? Looking for quality (materials and printing), value, and customer service.
Most I've dealt with are overseas and are pretty spotty on quality, customer service, and delivery timelines. Appreciate learning about anybody's good experience with this type of vendor.
