A list of puns related to "Hod"
I legit know no people who actually have 4HoD on their Childe within my circle.
4HoD is overrated AF anyway lmao, personally I'd run 2HoD 2Glad over 4HoD any day of the week.
I grew up working as hod carrier for my plasterer dad. It was too fat, too lean, too lumpy, over-mixed, too hot, too retarded (in the construction sense)......never quite right. Tell me, in the history of construction, has any plasterer told the hod carrier the mix was perfect?
Hey! I recently got admitted to the Class of 2026 ED and today my Economics teacher for HS told me that college Economics involves quite a lot of calculus which I did not know about. I absolutely hate calculus and suck at it so I was wondering if switching to the HOD major from an Economics is hard/possible as my end goal is just to get an MBA (hopefully from Vandy's MBA program as well).
Thanks in advance.

I was given the keys to their house and told i could come in there whenever i like, so i stored my stuff in their storage! Can i be assured they will be safe in there until i find my own place?
Now let me first say that my current main set is a HoD set with 1900 atk, 70CR/180CD.... so there is room to grow but its also a decent set. Also important to note that I have Polar Star for the atk gain as I build stacks.
HOWEVER, I have been leveling a full SR set for fun.... and I have found that it might honestly hit harder than my HoD set... (2200 base atk before polar star buffs, 60CR/150CD). Specifically while in foul legacy... cant say the same for Burst and Aimed Shot damage.
Im curious to hear from yall how many of you are currently using SR > HoD. I am very aware that a well built SR set can overshadow HoD.
Edit: Also important to note I am using him with Childe National (with kazuha not sucrose).
So, i've been researching him lately, since I want to get him in 2.3. I want to play him as an off-field support. What i don't understand is the hype for Cinnabar spindle (CS). Sure, 69 DEF% bonus is incredible and strong as hell, but what about it's ability? As i understand it, the R5 CS ability adds flat dmg equal to 80% of DEF (for example: 2000DEF --> bonus 1600 flat dmg per proc). Do I understand this correctly or is it actually a 80% bonus to skill% (as in 240% skill dmg on Isotoma + 80% for a 320% multiplier)? If you can provide some source for the confirmation on how it actually works, i'd really appreciate it. Thank you :)
Ability R1 (changes to 80% of DEF on R5)
***EDIT: Thank you all for your contributions. The current verdict is that the ability works the same way as the upcoming claymore Redhorn Stonethresher. That means that the Elemental skill DMG is increased by 80% of DEF (Talent lv10 Isotoma ---> (240%DEF + 80% DEF) *crit multipliers*geo dmg.
Link to site with HoOD (Husk of Opulent Dreams) and Cinnabar Spindle calculation:

If the calculations are correct, then Cinnabar Spindle is better by default, without the >90% HP requirement included. Meaning it will be optimal for Support. Didn't test it out for SplitBedo, but it should provide enough DEF on it's own, so you can play ATK sands and come out on top. So the priority for the HoOD set will become Crit Rate/Crit Damage as we will lose out on 28%CR/46%CD from Harbinger of Dawn. It also LOOKS perfect on him (subjective).
If you know and can provide a source for info, that disproves this conclusion, PLEASE send it. Thank you very much.
PS. Special Thanks to u/Guihuo for providing the link and an explanation.
Iβm working towards the 4pc OHC but in the meantime Iβm wondering which 2pc set would be better to maximise damage.
