A list of puns related to "Cohesiveness"
It seems like he just wanted to release a bunch of good songs.
The album is so good in the sense that you could just play it on shuffle and you wouldn't want to skip any song. You would still let it rock and vibe to it.
We haven't seen this quality and amount of good shit on the same project since Pablo.
Yes, Katya should have won. Even if both lipsyncs were fierce (they were), she stuck to her gut and completely killed the challenge, had a brilliant runway, and connected more appropriately to the song. And the winning should be spread around a little more for less Rigga Morris.
And YES, my wig was snatched and spirits were shaken when she served Tati her second chop. I love Tati, and thought she looked amazing on the runway, and clearly deserved to stick around longer after returning.
...But after a ru-watch, I'm starting to see things a little more clearly. And like Hillary's emails, it's still a bit scandalous, but not quite as bad as it seems. Let's break it down:
The "Pact": From the very beginning, Alaska has been a vocal advocate for the elimination of contestants based on THAT DAY'S performance and critiques. She is not of the Alyssa school (which frankly, I lean much more towards myself) which takes into consideration the cumulative performance on the show. To those following this guideline/agreement, Roxxxy being in the bottom 4 times is less important than how she did on this challenge and this runway, and what the judges had to say on this good day. After seeing all the videos again, Roxxxy's performance was actually far more cohesive (pun INTENDED), focused more on the task at hand (the product), and was frankly funnier. Tatiana's had a lot of good ol' cursing, but a good deal of it was just very strange conversations from one side of a phone call. They weren't even very sharp reads, mostly just someone shitting themselves down the stairs (?) and calling them a cunt. We didn't get to hear many critiques for either of them, but what we did hear seemed pretty evenly distributed. Backstage, however, it was said that Roxxxy got less critiques, and nobody disputed this, including Tatiana. She didn't even bring up her critiques, and I would suspect it's probably because they were a little harsher and focused more on not meeting the challenge head-on. She acknowledged not doing well, and focused on asserting how much she still wants to be there.
Again, I AGREE that she clearly deserved to be there over Roxxxy, who had basically checked out, but it truly seems that Tati got the harsher critiques.
The Runway: Roxxxy was meh. Not her usual excellence, but not bad. Tati's was fabulous. But also not so fabulous as to completely redeem doing significantly worse in the challenge. And it was a cosplay of sorts.
... keep reading on reddit β‘This was pointed out by u/HyenaCalm7738 in the comment section of another post but it didnβt get enough attention.
The end of round and pre round voicelines (cringe aside) makes it seem like war is fun.
Now the soundtrack, the lore, and mission briefings makes it clear that itβs a dying world, full of natural disasters, famine, death, etc.
What is the message here?
The concept of the project and the system is very good, the cohesiveness of the project team can be guaranteed, the quality of security is very reliable #NFT #MetaverseNFT #VirtualLand #VirtualWorld #virtualrealestate #Metaverseland #Blockchain
The Star Wars series, as we know it now, initially began with the Original Trilogy (Episodes IV to VI), followed by the Prequel Trilogy (Episodes I to III), and then the Sequel Trilogy (Episodes VII to IX). Because of this ordering, there are bound to be certain discontinuities in the story or events in the plot that don't add up or things that aren't clarified properly.
So, if you had a chance to rewrite Star Wars and then re-release it as a film series in the correct chronological order, keeping all the main events of the plot intact such as saving Anakin from Tatooine, Anakin training under Obi-Wan, Padme dying, Luke fighting Vader, etc., and only changing smaller details here and there, adding some more content for context or fixing discontinuities, what changes would you make and why?
Iran expressed support for Taliban takeover of Kabul. But then it voiced opposition over Taliban assault on Panjshir, especially when it heard of Pakistan's involvement rumors.
The initial support could be because Iran intended to exploit anti-US sentiment of Taliban and wanted to increase its influence in Afghanistan by supporting Taliban. The subsequent disapproval probably came upon the realization that Pakistan, not Iran, will be taking the center stage in Afghanistan affairs.
In any case, Pakistan is in a dilemma with two of its hostile neighbors Iran and Afghanistan which, in some sense, are more dangerous than India. Reason is that in confrontation with India, the whole of Pakistan can be united.
But in a confrontation with Afghanistan, Pakistani pashtun population will take offence. In a confrontation with Iran, Pakistani Shia population will take offence. Therefore, Pakistan doesn't have a free hand in confronting either Iran or Afghanistan.
The opinion in the previous paragraph is reinforced by a few observations. For example, allegedly many overseas Pakistani Pashtuns dislike Pakistan and identify themselves more with Afghanistan. Many Pakistani Shias also view Pakistan as the ally of Wahabbi Saudi Arabia, and they support Iran in proxy wars in Syria and Yemen.
Solution is to instill a sense of national spirit. But one reason this is difficult is because people view Pakistan as mostly governed from Punjab. Punjab has half of Pakistan's population and is the richest province. Among other things, I think Punjab should be divided into 2 provinces ASAP so that Sindhis, Balochis and Pakhtuns are less alienated by "one province dominance".
What are some albums you love that are not sonically and thematically consistent? Albums that sound more like a personal compilation or playlist of songs that are all over the place but you donβt care because the choice of songs is great? Discuss why you feel the album is disjointed but what makes it great to listen to anyway.
The album that inspired me to write this prompt is My Everything by Ariana. Thereβs no specific theme or concept, it has a lot of different genres from piano pop to edm to rnb to hip hop, and thereβs a lot of rough song-to-song transitions. However, I love almost every song from there. Iβm glad she used that album to explore her sound and help her decide which direction to go afterwards. Each genre of songs that she explored, she did it well. It also has a lot of my favorite songs from her entire discography like Be My Baby, Break Your Heart Right Back, One Last Time, and Only 1. It feels like they uniquely crafted each song and combined them for an album as opposed to making songs based off of an album concept.
I'm a new member of this subreddit and have become addicted. Great stuff.
I wondered about the overall governing structure of the BoS by the time of Fallout 4. Is each chapter more or less autonomous or do they answer to a central governing body?
My understanding was that the headquarters wad originally in the Lost Hills Bunker in California and was headed by Roger Maxson. As time went on and the Brotherhood expanded further out, did the ruling body that started in Lost Hills continue to exert control? We see in Fallout 76 that cross-country messaging is unreliable and that there was already some dissention concerning the Elder's original orders.
There also seem to be fairly variable philosophies among the different regional elders. Elder Lyons espoused quite a different philosophy than Maxson in Fallout 4 and Knight Shin in Appalachia.
For a while, I have been wanting to draw a world map, to better cement my cultures and civilisations (which are all pre-medieval, Ancient Iron Age , Bronze Age and Stone Age) . I know that geography influences histories , wars, culture etc , but I don't really know where to start.
How necessary or important is map-drawing ?
I really feel like these 3 forms of content could serve as a pillar of WoW, but they feel fairly sidelined in Shadowlands. I also believe that these forms of content need to work together more as far as rewards go, and I think a currency system needs to exist in them to supplement valor.

what album do yβall think is the most βcohesiveβ?
question randomly came to my head, but i think itβs ginger
So Taylor used to talk a lot about the idea of an album being sonically cohesive and why she thinks itβs important to a record. (In her mind Fearless and 1989 did this best hence why they won the Grammy and Red was lacking this element). So I was wondering how important is it to you guys that a Taylor album is cohesive in its sound? And why? What albums are the most/least cohesive in your opinion and how does it change your listening experience? In my opinion Reputation is her most cohesive album- sonically and also thematically how it follows through from start to finish with a coherent narrative.
What hooked me to Monster Sanctuary was that you build a party with the Tank/Support/DPS triangle in place but you also had to keep in mind the trait you were building towards like Burn or Chill. Genre could be anything. What Iβm looking for doesnβt fit a lot of games where there are linear builds or builds that feel the same. A big example of this is where a lot of jrgs like FF12 have individual gambit boards but you donβt build around a certain aspect like poison or burn or pure physical damage. Games Iβm currently looking at are TemTem (but itβs still in early access which Iβm not opposed to but I want a complete game) and Divinity Original Sin 2 (but Iβm not sure if cohesiveness is a thing). Can anyone recommend me other titles? Ty.
I have some friends that are Jewish and the Jewish community is really really about helping other Jewish people. They have birth right and other such events and there is a relative degree of pride for being Jewish and identifying with the culture.
I have some friends that are black and the black community does everything they can to encourage black people to wear their identity with pride.
But with the Indian community in America, I donβt see this. The Indians from india are cohesive with each other if they speak the same language and are from the same caste.
But Indian Americans? Indian Americans are so competitive with each other or are completely apathetic to other Indian Americans. I find a lot of backstabbing and I meet so many Indian Americans that shun you if youβre too Indian or mock you if youβre not Indian enough. Eg if you donβt do bharanatyam or some Indian cultural activity, youβre a βcoconutβ and self hating...but if you wear a sari when itβs not a special occasion like a wedding, youβre mockingly called a βfobβ.
Hello Taco Place
My name is Jose Cuervo, I currently live in upstate New York , Iβm 24 years old and Iβm pursuing my goal of opening a Taqueria that serves tacos on fresh tortillas. Iβm writing to you wondering if I could work for you and learn how to make tacos. Back in the summer of 2019 I road tripped to Texas, and on my last day there I visited your restaurant in Houston. The tacos were delicious and it's one of my favorite memories from my trip. Food has always been one of my favorite parts of traveling.
I would love to learn how to make tacos and Iβm willing to work for it too. I donβt have experience cooking in a Mexican restaurant or much experience cooking with Mexican ingredients but if I want to open a Taqueria it makes sense to start learning now. The plan is to work for my favorite restaurants and learn from them, just like all the chefs who go to France to learn from the masters. It would make sense for me to learn in Mexico but as a Daca recipient leaving the country is complicated. My next best option is learning from the restaurants Iβve been to in NYC, Chicago, Texas, Philly and venturing out to California. I think I want to start in Houston because the few days I stayed there it felt good. This would be a step in the right direction in opening a Taqueria.
Iβve been on my culinary journey for the last 4 to 5 years. I started delivering food, then working as a dishwasher, then a line cook, and now cooking at a really nice restaurant. Iβve always thought it would be cool to open a delicious restaurant that serves all the amazing Mexican flavors I know and love but sadly in upstate New York you wonβt find a Tortilleria, fresh chiles, or a taco under $2, but I think it can be done. I admire people who work to make a living doing what they want/love and at the same time serving others. Serving others is something Iβve recently discovered and it's the path I want to keep nurturing. For as long as you've been open I think you believe the same. It's my idea that if I sell delicious fresh tacos at a fair price, treat the people I work with with respect, and work as one to produce the best experience for the customer the Taqueria will succeed. My mind worries/fears me taking the decision to pursue my goal but it feels like i'm moving in the right direction.
Let me know what you think or any advice you have for me itβs all greatly appreciated.
Kindly, Jose
Bay area medical provider here.
Like many of you, I've been nitpicking/intermittently frustrated when I notice a group of teens or runners in our neighborhood without masks and wondering if we as a community have given up.
But I just spent two days in Sacramento... Unbelievable. I didn't even know how to process what I was seeing. Virtually no masks or social distancing. I walked by the state house and their were groups of 3-4 people who clearly work there without masks talking face to face with each other as they walk
I know we have been hearing some depressing state and national numbers recently, but my pride in our community only continued to grow. This pandemic clearly illustrates differences in societal values across the country and the importance of selflessness in the setting of personal sacrifice, and I couldn't be happier or prouder to live here where so many people deeply hold and act on those values
One last realization I had a couple months ago that I wanted to share about the importance of curve flattening. Even if we have enough PPE and can convert enough beds and ICUs, manpower is a limited resources. So far at it's height, residents in our COVID ICUs carried about 3-5 patients per physician. In NYC at its peak, i heard from collegues that residents were being asked to care for upwards of 20 ICU patients each day. Having taken care of 5 at a time, which was challenging (but never unsafe), the impossibility of providing adequate, much less optimal, care to that many sick patients at one time cannot be understated. Just because the hospital has a bed doesn't mean it has true capacity for optimal care if all patients require the same expertise. Because of the diligence and selflessness of the SF community, I felt everyone of our covid patients got the optimal care we could provide. Keep up the great work!
