My driver's license was set to expire this week. I live in Albany County but have heard so many horror stories about the Albany DMV. I got my original license at the Troy DMV but the website says they aren't taking out of county residents. Schenectady DMV had no appointments for today. So I checked Clifton Park last night, and they still had plenty of appointments for today. Showed up at my appointment time, was told to sit down and wait to be called. They called me within 1 minute. Took 15 minutes all together for them to go through my paperwork (getting a Real ID), do the vision test, and take a new picture. Best DMV experience of my life.
I am new in the area, and I have no friends. I want to make new friends, but have no idea what to do. Can you guys please give me advice?

To me, this is surprising. Clifton seems to have been fairly left. With his rendition of All you Fascists Gonna Die it surprised me to see him make a song supporting a right wing teenager with a power fantasy who murdered two protesters.
The banjo represents a lot of things to a lot of people. But to me I think of it as the symbol of the only time in American history where leftists had a voice, and that voice was amplified by the union hems preformed on this instrument. Clifton making this ballad has made me question whether I should continue supporting him. I've unsubscribed from YouTube... But I don't know.

hi, it is time for me to buy new shoes. From the title you can understand that i am between those two. I tried both and they feel good , however i am not sure i would like to take a second opinion from someone with more experience than me. If you have any other suggestion under 100 €, let me know

My cat Chance got out sometime last night/early this morning & I can't find him anywhere. He's black with a little white patch on his chest, has yellow eyes & weighs around 12 pounds. He has a very squeaky little meow. He's most likely to be somewhere around Ludlow Avenue. If you spot him, please dm me. He's a little skittish when he's outside, but very tolerant and won't try to bite or scratch if approached. Please keep an eye out!

My Clifton 7's are coming to the end of their life, so I'm looking to get the Clifton 8. I normally go for a wide (2E) version as I find the standard fit a little snug. I'm borderline between the two widths.
Can anyone tell me if the Clifton 8 is wider than the 7, even if it's a marginal difference? I ask because this review on RunRepeat has thrown a spanner into the works.

These shoes are a lot bouncier than anything I’ve experienced. Do I just need to break the shoes in or should I return them? I’ve had shin splints before but I eliminated them by shortening my stride. I’m pretty sure that my stride is still short with the new shoes so idk if it’s the shoes or something else.
Should I return them? If so, should I get a less cushioned shoe? (Feeling the splints on the inside of the bone if that helps)

There are a lot of options to have fun even if you're not going to the game. Come tailgate on the Grid (Sigma Sigma) where there's beer and food trucks. You can also just go to any of the bars around campus or just walk around campus with some beers and watch the chaos/excitement.
There will probably be the most people to be on UC's campus at one time. It will be a blast.
Also...we're going to the Big12 soon and it's only up from here. Jump on bandwagon of the most successful sports team Cincy has had in years.
