UPDATE: I was in and out in 20 mins including the 15 min wait time afterwards. They are administering Pfizer. I know this is so north of the city but I would rather post something about an abundance of supply for those who CAN travel. Atmospheric rabm solo band Clarion Knell will release a full LP on bandcamp in about one or two months. I plan to put it online without a price tag, that means you will be able to enjoy it for free !
However there is something you may not know about free bandcamp albums : artists are limited to 200 free downloads per month. The last time I released an EP for free people have been very enthusiast, and I got more than 120 downloads on my two first releases and that's so cool !! But now I realize that the new people who discover Clarion Knell will eventually download my two first EPs as well as the new LP for free, which may prevent some people to get anything if they are late to the party, because my 200 free downloads will be gone.
That's why, in order to ensure that anyone will be able to get the new LP for free, I plan to put a small price tag on my previous releases. (England) For background - family member moved house on Monday, following a house swap under the Mutual Exchange policy of Clarion Housing (social housing).
They originally viewed the property in 2020 during the last gap between lockdowns and there were no issues with the property and the swap was agreed.
The latest lockdown caused delays to the completion date.
On moving into the property, they have now discovered that all the flooring in the property has been damaged by pet urine and faeces (this was not the case in the previous inspection)
They have approached Clarion housing to remedy the situation and they have stated:
Incoming tenants have the same right to repair for repairs that are the landlordsβ responsibility as other Clarion tenants. Responsibility for any repairs that were the responsibility of the outgoing/former tenant will pass to the new/ incoming tenant, as they agree to accept the property βas seenβ.
They also state their (Clarion) responsibility is "Flooring, floorboards, floor joints and skirting boards" and the tenant's responsibility is "Floor coverings fitted by you"
Therefore they say that repairs are the responsibility of the incoming tenant as the carpets were fitted by the former tenant.
The new tenant has been quoted Β£1600 to deep clean the property and replace the carpets, which they canβt afford.
As the person they swapped houses with is also a social housing tenant it is unlikely they would be able to recover the costs from them.
Does the landlord have any responsibility?
If you already realised archery is fun and key in PoP, then Order of the Clarion Call, based in Laria, is the way to go.
Knights (Knights of the Clarion Call)
- Always come with a horse, have a bow, quiver, sword and shield.
- Can be used for the Horse Wall strategy (explained down below)
- Awesome horse archers, good in melee
- Have shields
Sergeants (Larian Sentinels)
- On foot
- Have a 50% chance to spawn with two quivers instead of one (works similar to Vaegir Veterans' horses in Native),
- Have decent bows and a 2 hander.
- They are surprisingly strong against enemy infantry if more numerous
- Awesome in siege offense due to amount of arrows
- 2 Sentinels are comparable to 1 Noldor Warrior in strength
General Order info:
- Challenging "renown" task not that hard to do
- Enemies with Raven Spear
- Enemies with Noldor, that's one slightly unfortunate aspect
- Enemies with Jatu (can be hard to battle early game)
- It's a honorable order, meaning you can't raid villages (not optimal in PoP3 generally anyway)
So yeah just wanted to introduce my favourite and also in my opinion the best knighthood order in PoP3. Hope this helps you guys :D

As per a post I made yesterday, I have been through LAS 20 times (25 now as I've done 5 more since) in search of as many Reactive Jarvis Barriers as I could get my hands on for my heroes. I had it drop for Black Widow on my very first run, and I had it before on Kate Bishop, so didn't take her for a 14 floor spin.
But whereas I did get some Lethal Jarvis Barriers for Iron Man, Hawkeye and Hulk (which procs on defeat and is the second best JB after Reactive) I haven't had any luck with the Reactive one for 6 of my heroes.
So I'm asking again here if anyone has REACTIVE (procs on damage received) as opposed to any other the other Jarvis Barriers (Brazen/Melee Crit, Targeted/Ranged Crit, Untouchable/Evade, Reflexive/Parry and Lethal/Defeats) on Ms. Marvel, Thor, Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America and Hawkeye.
I want to ensure that it exists, and has been found by the community, for these specific heroes before doing another 25 runs through Last Avenger Standing.
I accept that I just may be unlucky as the reward is either an exotic or a JB piece and with 7 pieces there's a 1/7 chance to get a Reactive one, but just need to ensure these guys CAN get that piece dropped for them.
