A list of puns related to "Cirque Du Soleil"
My wife bought us tickets to go to Cirque Du Soleil as an early birthday present, also because neither of us had been to one.
She kept telling me how her mom and dad would go to them all the time and not bring her or her siblings with. And how she's always wanted to go, and we both enjoy this type of entertainment.
Well drove 3 hours to the closest city that was hosting it, extremely excited to see this kind of performance in person, and finally get to see one! 2 minutes before the show starts, a couple with a toddler shows up and sits right behind us.
We quickly found out how a beautiful show can be ruined by a single child yelling and screaming, laughing at things that are not funny, kicking your chair, turning lights on in a completely dark room... As the parents just sit there doing absolutely nothing to control or quiet the child.
I have no respect for these kind of people, who only think about themselves and not those around them. Hopefully we can see it again sometime without annoyance.
TL:DR: children ruin beautiful shows very quickly, and parents who don't control their kids are the most disrespectful people on the earth.
Honestly donβt know why Iβm so keen to wear shades but my spirit is telling me itβs the right move! Also donβt know how to time it exactly, went to see Spider-Man when it came out on 250ug took it about an hour before seeing it and it felt that only by the end I started to really trip. This time with more experience we will take it 1:30 before the circus but I really want to trip and thinking of taking two tabs straight away 500ug, is it a right call?
I wanted to take my parents out for a show because they've been wanting to go for years. Which one has been your favorite? Recommendations?
Edit: stuck between O and Ka
I recently came back from my first Disney World trip since the pandemic started (12/5 -12/9). Despite the controversial changes, I still had a blast being back at The Happiest Place on Earth overall, but I was a tad underwhelmed by the 50th anniversary eventsβ¦until I saw the new Cirque du Soleil show Drawn to Life.
I know this Cirque show isnβt technically part of the 50th but it really felt like it was! This show is a shockingly solid collab that manages to be a love letter to classic Disney animation without being overbearing while also cleverly combining that art with the art of classic, show-stopping Cirque acts (I won't spoil them here!). You can really feel the passion pouring out from both sides and behind my mask, I was grinning (and crying) like a kid seeing Cinderella's castle for the first time for the entire show. The level of storytelling and pathos in this show is something I really wish was present in the new nighttime shows at Epcot and especially MK. Unlike those two shows, it was great to see nods to Disney movies across ALL eras, with a greater emphasis on good 'ol hand-drawn animation.
I also need to give a special shout out to the incredible soundtrack. Cirque shows always have great OSTs, but Drawn to Life's is easily one of my favorites. Like the rest of the show, the score has a very clever fusion of Disney and Cirque motifs, and I hope the tracks get released soon so I can jam out to them again.
Whether you're an animation buff, a Cirque fan, someone looking for that fuzzy feeling you get from reliving your Disney memories during the 50th, or you just wanna have a very fun time in Disney Springs, definitely find time in your next trip to see Drawn to Life. You won't be disappointed!
P.S. Try to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early because the pre-show is super cute too! ;)

For Christmas, I'd like to gift my husband artwork of us in costume and makeup from the Cirque show we are both in! I have two ideas: either a pretty traditional portrait, both of us waist-up and straight-on, or a more involved idea is us in action in the show (I have an idea for specific poses and photos to reference!) I want it to be recognizably us, but I'm not set on how realistic vs cartoony I want us (though I think I'm leaning towards realistic but stylized?), but not anime style, and I definitely want lots of color! Our makeup in the show is quite specific, so I am hoping to find someone willing to pay attention to detail.
I want to be able to print it out and frame it, so would want it a few days before Christmas at the latest. Budget is flexible, but I hope to keep it under $300. Please reach out if you think you may be the right fit! Thank you so much! :)
It was so cool you guys if u are ever in Vegas itβs a MUST SEE
Wife and I are going to the show in a couple weeks and we are trying to decide on seating. We want to stay in the $85 sections, has anyone gone to the show and will seats at the top level still be good? I have heard there are screens that those seats can't really see, don't want to spend $200 if we will end up missing out on some of the show
Iβm going to the Beatles LOVE: Cirque du Soleil show in a couple of days in Vegas and I am very excited to just be able to hear the songs at a higher volume than my car radio and was wondering if anyone else has been and what their thoughts are of the show?
Does anyone know why today's show was cancelled? Saw an ambulance near the tent
I was in Las Vegas a week ago. I saw both the Beatles Cirque show and the Michael Jackson show. Later that night I was thinking about potential Kanye West tribute show that could happen one day.
I was wondering what you guys think would be a potentially cool music line up for this show? Usually they cover all the biggest hits, but I'm sure there's a few lesser hits that deserve it's own special moment in the show. Or perhaps you think they should focus on one narratively strong album such as Yeezus?
Hi guys i need some help with what to wear to cirque du soleil alegria in houston. Im going to the 8pm showing on friday night with a date. I would prefer to keep it casual because my wardrobe is mostly street and i dont own any formal clothes. but i couldnt find any info online or pictures of the people attending to get an idea. Please give me some suggestions of dress code for cirque or similar shows and some fits including shoes you would recommend that would be good to add to my wardrobe if i have to buy something for a show.
Thanks in advance
Is 20% off as good as it gets in rewards for the Cirque shows nowadays?
Was Wallace actually thinking about what if they hired or was he just speechless? I would like to think that he actually thought about it, otherwise he wouldβve responded with no quicker.
Whatβs the closest thing we have to cirque du soleil in Bangkok or Thailand?
