I'd love a new daily driver, and a new one that leaves me toilet-based for the next few hours if possible.
Tolerance-wise, my current daily driver is the Carolina Reaper hot sauce by Encona, and the one that leaves me seriously regretting my life choices is Final Destination by Daddy Cools Chilli Sauce. That stuff is NOT to be messed with.

Maggi Chilli Garlic sauce in the U.S.
My local Indian stores intermittently carry this sauce, and the whole family loves it. We put it on tortilla chips as a dip or right on other (non-Indian) foods. We've tried their other sauces and it's not at all the same.
Is there a mail order to get Maggi Chilli Garlic sauce? Are there other brands that make this flavor?

I am looking to start a small batch chilli sauce company, I am a chef by trade with all the necessary cooking and food handling experience, but I have no idea about commercial sales and requirements.
In regards to labels, how do I go about getting a certified nutrition breakdown of the product?
Also, how do I get an accurate best before date? Most sauces will be fermented for 12+ weeks with a shelf stable pH.
For the packaging itself, I have my chosen bottles selected but I've seen others securing the lid with a black film, where do I get these? And are they specific to the bottle choice?

Does anyone know a reliable stockist of the red "Chile habanero" sauce in Perth, preferably around the central suburbs? I normally get it from Fresh Prov in Mt Lawley but they haven't had the red one for a while. I've got a cupboard full of other sauces but this is my all round favourite. I live in minnesota and the chain is pretty common around here. It's like panda express basically. I'm looking for a copycat version of their peking sauce from their peking chicken, and their garlic chilli sauce.
The garlic chilli sauce in particular is what I'm really after. It's a bit sweet in addition to spicy. It's a bit sticky and clings to egg rolls really well.
