Precisely what electronic is controlling the deflection coil in a cathode ray tube?

Precisely what electronic is controlling the deflection coil in a cathode ray tube? What specifically directs it to move across the screen then drop down a little and move across again? I get what powers it and the theory of how magnetic fields can move electrons, but my but my question is what is directing this specific movement of directions? Is it a circuitboard? If so, what specifically does the circuitboard look like to model these directions to a magnetic coil? Just saying it is circuits does not explain the specific movement directions Thanks!

[Cathode Ray Tubes/CRTs] What is the accelerating voltage referring to? VERTICAL DEFLECTING PLATES

A little detail:

We’ve been learning about potential differences with Ξ”EPE and whatnot. We had always abbreviated it as Vba with b&a being subscripts to denote the difference between Vb and Va. But today we began learning abt potential differences and the subscript is Va which is accelerating voltage. Obviously with CRT’s we have a deflecting voltage as well (Vd) so that further messes me up.

My question is: does the accelerating voltage only act until it reaches the beginning of the deflecting plates and, if so, is the v’ we find actually the velocity at which it enters the deflecting plates?

I don’t really have homework I need help with but this concept just isn’t clicking for me.

Does anyone have a video of the beam of electrons in a cathode ray tube striking a small fan inside of the tube and moving the fan?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXOeehVTcRA

Does anyone have a video of the beam of electrons in a cathode ray tube striking a small fan inside of the tube and moving the fan? in the video i linked they say that someone put a small turbine fan inside of a cathode ray tube and the beam of electrons would make the fan turn. I had never heard of that being done when I had read about CRT. Does anyone have a video of this? I wonder if it is really true because its the first time I have heard this mentioned but I have read about CRT many times.

FREE CODES FOR "ANYONE CAN PLAY" by Cathode Ray Tube.

HEY! Dig my newest album ANYONE CAN PLAY.

Igloo Magazine says: CRT exposes hundreds of found sounds and erratic noises on this dystopian soundtrack we’ve yet to hear (until now). And what remains at the center of this album is its ability to blend a plethora of leftfield electronic genres into a beat infested and melodically crumpled smorgasbord.

Now of course you want to hear it. GREAT! You can do so for free! Here's some codes for y'all!
