A list of puns related to "Caesar Rodney"
Any idea what the trick is to getting these things to work? I've managed to get one thing plugged in since I've moved in and I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

I was injured during the late summer/early fall and tried to slowly build my mileage back up. I was running 2 short runs during the week and then 1 long training run at the end. I also ran the Rock n' Roll DC Half two weeks before this, where I sprained my ankle. However, I also felt back to 100% three days later after DC so I decided to do the Caesar Rodney as planned with my dad.
I screwed up my pre race nutrition so badly. Too much food and the wrong food. I was at my parents house for the weekend and ate with them rather than my usual 24 hour pre race food ritual.
Today was in the low 40s and windy so it was cold but certainly not as cold as DC so I felt good and ready to head out on this race. I said bye to my dad at the start and found three girls who told me there were shooting for a time in the mid 1:50s.
Apparently my concept of pacing is slightly different from the girls I encountered at the start. They went out quickly and I stuck with them, thinking that they clearly knew something I didn't. I was wrong. I ended up making it to the 5k point at 23:58 which is pretty close to my 5k PR time. Way too fast for the start of a half.
I decided I needed to slow down and left the girls I had hoped to pace myself with. I knew I couldn't last at that pace. Apparently Caesar Rodney brings out some fast people because I ended up being 17th out of 21 in my age group and I'm used to being pretty middle of the pack. 3 to 6 felt good, the wind was terrible but we hadn't reached the hills yet.
Mile 6 began the hills and boy I struggled with them. 95% of my running struggles stem directly from my brain and boy was it fighting me today. The course also seemed to l

No portrait or engraving of the actual man has such an item of clothing, and it looks very striking amidst all the wigs, but the costumers must have had a reason...
