A list of puns related to "Bombardier"
Both of these are not the best in game right now. Bombardiers are more of a meme and Adrenaline Junkie while it provides a nice buff is just way to niche. Wanted to try these together but was disappointed to see that the bomb from bombardiers doesn't activate adrenaline junkie. While not endgame viable this would be such a fun build.
Interview; George F. Weller, former bombardier officer 8th Air Force.
D-day for us included a view of the Normandy invasion from two miles up. We were an air crew of ten men in a B24 pathfinder aircraft of the Eighth Air Force. Our particular group of pathfinders included 10 to 15 air crews, and was located in Hethel, England. The group was organized to provide specially trained and equipped crew/aircraft units, capable of placing bombs on targets obscured by clouds or bad weather. Because most air bases in England had bombers equipped only for visual sighting, they could navigate and bomb only when the ground was visible. Therefore when visibility was poor, they followed a pathfinder bomber and dropped their bombs, on signal, when the lead pathfinder dropped bombs and marker flares.
In the European theater before and during the invasion, the practice of flying in heavy bombers was extremely dangerous. An airman was very lucky to survive his tour of flying duty. Normally there was a natural fear of the unknown; each mission might be his last. Also every member of the crew felt the need to perform his individual duties calmly and so as not to endanger the mission or the lives of his mates. The airman with previous combat experience had an additional reason to be worried: Always there was the possibility for recurrence of previous mishaps such as:
However the apprehensions that were with our crew on that D-day eventually evaporated into the routine of a well run mission, whereas the terrible happenings were to occur far below. On top, there was a peaceful blanket of clouds. It was possible for us to know what went on below, because each pathfinder was equipped with a spe

Bombardier was the most shorted stock in 2017 and has been absolutely pummeled since then only to begin to rise up like a Canadian pheonix ridden by Eric Martel.
Take this shitty DD
They have been cutting down on debt (they have a fuckton of debt), restructuring, and trimming unnecessary business units.
Yesterday BBD booked a $500M USD jet order.
VISTAJET - need I say more? This privately held company has been gaining popularity at an unprecedented rate. It's a millionaires PJ-charter basically. Golf, business, island, whatever. Hop on your VistaJet. Bombardier supplies them and I suspect they will be going public sometime soon.
When the BBD took a shitter years ago a lot of institutional players had to take it out of their portfolio. That means there will be an increasing number of institutional buys on the horizon with this restructuring and positive momentum.
I'm not even going to talk about how we're exiting a pandemic, that's obvious and priced in. I haven't been this excited about a stock in YEARS.
If this hits $10 EOY I will get a Leerjet tattoo.
My realistic (for baystreet bets) PT: $4 EOY
My boomer analyst PT: $2.50 EOY
Position: 10,651 @ $0.5852
I just love using bombardiers. The thing is that they are really underpowered if you compare them with stuff like Stomp-EE5 or Wormhust Crown. This is kind of frustating. The thing that annoys me even more is that it doesn't have a killtracker when masterworked. I DONT CARE IF ITS ARMOUR! It can kill, so it needs a killtracker in my opinion. So my question is: Could there be a killtracker on exotics that have the capability to kill?
So recently I randomly saw bombardier trading at 1.32, this is one of the few canadian companies I heard of as a kid, website says they are world leaders in jets, but within the last 5 years was barely over 5$. What is that about? Always been so low? Cause weak company? At 1.32 with the covid bounce back I imagine it will go up but it could bust, must be a reason it never went big stock price wise no? (Noob here, into stocks january this year, no economic training)
I'm a noob, but it seems like a lot of people are talking about it this weekend
The boots are as useless as they are unique and interesting. For those of you who forgot it existed or merely do not know of it, The boots were introduced in Season of Dawn. They have a perk called "Parting Gift" which leaves a bomb on dodge. Think Samus in Metroid or Super Smash Bros.
The bomb barely does anything and I've only been killed by it once in the time this exotic has existed. In Gambit. By an invader. Who was 50 levels above me.... In Season of Dawn.
There are some key changes I would like to see.
The bombs should match the element of your subclass.
The bombs should count as a grenade and have a greater degree of strength.
An effect that would make for a nice grenade build.
Here's an idea for the effect it could have on grenades:
The perk could increase the damage and regeneration rate of grenades with a stacking buff. Think Roaring Flames* and Combination Blow. The buff should increase the damage of grenades by a substantial amount for a good amount of time (similar to the aforementioned buffs) and the regeneration rate should be very generous.
If you reach a certain amount of stacks, the roll bomb should be a one-shot kill like Fusions with Sun Warrior. By proxy, Flux Grenades can become very lethal. So can Tripmines and other high-damage grenades. Not only that, but the grenade returns quickly enough that you can use it again before the buff's timer runs out.
As this requires smart and aggressive play, the boots won't be as strong as an Ashen Wake max stacks Sun Warrior Titan who has instantly-recharging one-shot grenades and a one-hit melee. It most certainly would be as fun as spamming super-charged vortex grenades at enemies with Contraverse in Nightfalls.
It would be fun to use with Demolitionist and Adrenaline Junkie.
*Edit: Roaring Flames, not Sun Warrior.
Does anyone else find that the new SBB Bombardier trains shake severely during the ride?
Could be due to the tracks (usually only ride between Zurich and Bern), but I've never experienced anything like it with the old double story trains.
like increasing the regen rate or something?
Since we recently got asked what underperforming exotics could use a buff, here's a rework suggestion for bombardiers!
Rolling now drops a fallen mine (like in prison of elders) that can be tripped to release a giant aoe slow and blind radius.
I feel like this would be a perfect counter to shotgun apes as you could roll, drop a fallen trip mine in a corridor and bait a shotgun rush into triggering the aoe and snaring them into a kill.
Enemies can of course shoot the mine and destroy it on the ground but doing so shifts their focus from the gunfight and can allow the hunter to pick them off while they're focused on destroying it.
I feel like this would be a good pairing with long distance builds as the trap mechanic would be very helpful in identifying the direction in which an enemy is pushing, and the triggering would cause you to pull out of say your sniper sights.
Let me know your thoughts!
