A list of puns related to "Blowgun"
A blowgun is a martial ranged weapon with the loading property (not ignored by Crossbow Expert) with a 25/100 range that deals 1 + DEX damage.
It seems inferior in almost every aspect:
Historically blowguns were very stealthy weapons, even more so than darts, so what if we added this rule: When you are hidden from a creature and miss it with a blowgun attack, making the attack doesn't reveal your position.
Now it becomes a niche weapon for rogues to apply sneak attack while staying hidden if they miss so they don't have to hide again. Yes, rogues aren't proficient in martial ranged weapons, but we can just tack that onto rogue proficiencies.
Going to do a full review and personal feedback once the product arrives and I am able to put several hours into shooting it!
The bowgun is a bit overwhelming with all the stats and stuff to take in. I've learned all about the ammo types and stats for them, but I just need a good bowgun to use. If any bowgun mains, be it light or heavy, have any suggestions for which one I should work towards and maybe a nice build for it, I'd very much appreciate the input.
Edit: I do have iceborne btw

I personally love my 4ft but am going to experiment more with my 5ft CS Professional.
Stupid name, I know. But the user conjures up a huge blowgun that looks like a harmless water gun. But it can shoot numerous different things, such as bullets, glue, candy, water, poison, lava, powder, etc.
Drawback: the only ammunition it's included with are small things (ex: bullets) or liquid. However, you can put anything in yourself.
Catergory: conjuration, a bit of emittion
Rules as written, is there any way for a human rogue (post Tashaβs) to gain proficiency with a blowgun (arguably the roguiest of weapons) without either taking a feat or multiclassing?
Iβve just completed the main story and am ready to start Iceborn. I have only used a hunting horn for the main campaign and was thinking of switching to a blowgun for Iceborne. Any suggestions as to which is better/easier for a beginner to use?
Edit: Oof the autocorrect really went to town on my title.
The Blowgun would allow the player to push away entities and objects utilizing compressed air. All bots (with the exeption of the Farmbot and Trashbot, or any big bot) and friendly entities would be able to be pushed resulting in them ragdolling, but not taking any damage. When fired at an object, it would push it away with a greater force than the Sledgehammer.
It would require Compressed Air Canisters to be fired, a new consumable item that is made out of 10 Metal Blocks. When used up, the canister would not just disappear, but rather change into a Empty Compressed Air Canister, which could be refilled in the Craftbot.
The only way to obtain it would be killing a Blowbot, a new bot that would spawn in Scrap City. It would not be very dangerous by itself, but it can utilize its Blowgun to push the player into more dangerous bots, like the Farmbots roaming Scrap City.
today i was playing dead cells and got a legendary blowgun. wanted to check if it worked with the barbed tips on the wiki. found out it is exclusive to the Dlc. but i dont have the dlc. only dlc i have is the rise of the giant. this confused me since there shouldnt be a way that i can obtain it. i also have the royal gardeners outfit blueprint. found out that is exclusive to bad seed as well. can somebody explain?.
This was my childhood game that I have been completely unable to find!
First time trying out blowgun and I'm so stoked about it! Fits my playstyle perfectly! What do guys think?
Iterating on my blowgun designs, I decided to tackle a classic mechanism: The Single Action Revolver.
This is a six shot, break action revolving cylinder gun that shoots the same 1 inch blow darts used in my Bolt Action Rifle and uses the same shells. Load six shells into the cylinder and screw in a CO2 cartridge, then pull the trigger to fire. Cocking the hammer back and releasing rotates the cylinder into the next position, readying for fire again.
This design was inspired by the Webley Revolver and has a similar form factor.

I'm looking to build a character that deals the most damage with the blowgun. I'll be doing a Kensei Monk and the feats that I know I'll be taking are Sharpshooter and Crossbow Expert. Any advice on additional feats, should I multiclass, race help, etc. would be appreciated.
When I was a kid in the early 2000s I got gifted a set of five or more used PC games. They came in those vintage big boxes. I remember them being in the same series, but I could be wrong. I played them on an old Windows computer (95/98 or something like that).
I have a few distinct memories. I'm not 100% sure if they are from a mixture of these games or just a single one. However, I've always thought they were from the same game.
What I recall:
I've already made a post about this over on tipofmyjoystick, but it did not get found. There are a few more details in that post.
Here are some of the similar games I've found (don't need to post these):
Thanks in advance!
In other words, are the arms I choose to glue onto the models simply aesthetic choices, or would I need to make the decision based on the stats of the weapons if I ever wanted to play the tabletop game in the future? Thanks.
What it says in the title. I want to use one for RP reasons, but I don't think I can create one as a pact weapon, even with Improved Pact Weapon.

Quarantine got me bored as hell so I came up with this: A bolt action blowgun / air rifle powered by CO2 canisters. Magazine fed with shell ejection, shooting 1 inch steel blow darts.
