I am currently working as a manager in a private company. I applied for any vacant position in BSP and they assigned me to a Job Level 4. Passed the exams and has already gone through with the interviews. Last week, the HR asked me to submit some documents required for the BI and also sent me the referral slip for the pre-employment medical exam.
I've spent a lot of time and effort na rin in my application in BSP. How long would it take from now until the JO? Also, my dilemma is if I should pursue my application in BSP or just stay with my current company. Don't know how to gauge the salary of JL-04 since this is confidential and I heard you will only know the JO on your first day of service.
Anyone working in BSP? How's the salary and benefits? The working environment, work setting and career growth? TIA to anyone who would answer.
Are my chances high for an entry level position with the BSP if I have a master's degree (have one)? I didn't graduate with latin honors, I passed the exams though and I don't know anyone from the BSP. Also, I'm a former banker and currently employed as a govt. employee. I highly appreciate your thoughts. TIA
