I decided to activate Pets today. Loaded up, edited my Town to put the lots and Graham's Pet Swap Shop into it. Quit for lunch. Loaded the game back up and got a message that some objects couldn't be found and were thus removed.
Couldn't find the Atomic Age Pet Registration Gifts (a bowl and bed) in Buy Mode, even though the Download Dashboard shows the pack installed.
I sighed, then went over to take a peek at Graham's, since I never bothered to for some reason the last time I had Pets active, and saw that there was no Pet Register or shopkeeper. Looked it up, found you need to get the Pet Register from the Exchange. Downloaded it, the Launcher refused to install it and it's not in the Dashboard (unlike Graham's).
Anyone got solutions other than a full reinstall?

In global I usually attack with 10 commandos and 15 bazookas and fighters.

I dont change my base since IA, I was just addding the extra buildings somewhere in the base.
With how prevalent atomic cars are in this playthrough (I'm running Aftershock on 0.F-2) I've been turning plutonium fuel cells into just about every nuclear device I can. It's gone well, so far. I have everything from atomic lamps and nightlights to coffeemakers and smartphones, but I have no earthly idea where to find "betavoltaic cells" for some of the other tools.
It would be great if I could just craft those up, but I'm not opposed to some more dangerous scavenging. Any leads?
