What’s the opinion of Latin Americans (especially Argentines) and people from the UK on Margaret Thatcher when you take the Falklands War out of the equation?

So, imagine the Falklands War never happened in 1982 and Thatcher still managed to get reelected and serve from 1979 to 1990. This would mean that all her policies would still have happened except Argentina doesn't go to war with the UK during the Thatcher government in 1982. This means that The Troubles, her economic policies, her stance on South Africa, her clashes with unions and the coal sector, etc all still happened, just that Argentina never went to war with the UK in 1982.
I know that many consider her victory to be a main reason that she was reelected to a second term, but just imagine that she still managed to get reelected; what would be your opinion of her then?
If there's anyone from the UK reading I'd also really like to hear your two cents.
Edit: I call the islands Malvinas in Spanish and Falklands in English because it helps with the flow of the sentence; please don't take the use of "Falklands" in the title as me supporting the UK’s position (it's happened before).
