A list of puns related to "Aflame"
I've been trying to find this cartoon from my childhood for literal decades but have had no luck. In the cartoon, the main character (possibly a Porky Pig, Mickey Mouse, Daffy Duck, etc.) is trapped in an old haunted house (they may have purchased the house). The ghost or ghosts pick on the character and scare him and, at one point, a fire is set in the house. The main character tries to put the fire out, and I vividly remember that the fire takes on the form of anthropomorphized flames (kind of like sprites) who dance on a piano keyboard playing a tune and setting the piano alight.
It was definitely an old cartoon, possibly in black and white though I think it was an early color cartoon. It was in the style of Merry Melodies, Mickey Mouse, Popeye, Betty Boop, etc. but was definitely older than the golden era of Looney Tunes. If I had to guess, I would say it was 30s or 40s, similar in style to the Silly Symphonies "The Skeleton Dance" but I believe in color.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
EDIT: Notably, it's not "Scaredy Cat" with Porky Pig and Sylvester. That's what always comes up when I try to find it...
Also, I believe this was on a VHS we had along with "Tubby the Tuba," "Dover Boys at Pimento University," and "Balloon Land" (which is terrifying af).
[[Jiwari, the Earth Aflame]] sees play in the 99 of only 127 EDH-decks, while heading the low number of 4 as Commander. While I get that she is a very boring, unappealing Commander for everything besides "big Red", I don't see why she does not see a bit more play in the 99.
Jiwari is a bit slow, but she is able to repeatedly serve as spot removal against nonflying creatures. Most creatures you want to get rid of have problematic activated abilities while not posing a great p/t Jiwari's ability isn't to expensive most of the time. In addition to that you can sink a lot of mana into this ability in case you don't have better things to do. Jiwary can even serve as a slightly overcosted [[Earthquake]]'esque mass-removal spell, that fuels (self-)discard and/or reanimation strategies, too.
I guess she is to unknown, as well as a bit slow and prone to most forms of- and even very low costed, damage based removal. Nontheless: maybe I am wearing my nostalgia goggles and I am quite sure that I am biased, but she deserves a bit more play in casual environments if you ask me.

Riven was getting tired. Real tired. Really, he should be in bed by now, sleeping on a hard mattress with a pillow that felt as though it was stuffed with rocks.
Dreams of a poor bed didnβt last long though. He was ever frightened some demon would pop out of the darkness and assault him. Damn him, but he should never have brought that Sept crystal with him. It caused nothing but trouble, and now it was apparently preventing him from using his Essence. Hadnβt he had it with him at other times and still used his Essence, albeit unconsciously? Now he seemed to be cut off entirely. Or maybe he just hadnβt been in any serious danger just yet.
It was the stupid hole Mhell had made. The hole had grown larger, the ground around it trampled, churned to broken earth, bearing the marks of the demon hordeβs passage. Fiends. Only Fiends. Had to be. Even if Riven was too late, surely Viriya and Rio could hold them off.
But then, the villagers certainly couldnβt. Darley definitely couldnβt.
Outside wasnβt much more encouraging. The demonsβ trail was obvious and it led back the way Riven had come, all the way to the village likely. Maybe they would even destroy the greenhouses, who knew.
And Riven? He was out here, adrift like a piece of ash lost in a blizzard. Even if he ran as fast as he could, there was no way heβd make it in time. Not like this. Not on his feet.
Taking in a deep breath, Riven rushed to his left. The Frontier Guards, They were his only hope, the only thing he could think of doing to really help. Not only would he get a horse thereβanother horse, since he hadnβt returned his last oneβheβd be bringing in reinforcements. There would be shouts and yells. Riven was the saviour! Riven had brought the calvary!
Thank the Scions he met no demon anywhere. He ran and ran, keeping himself close to the fence at all times and silently praying that he come upon a Guard post soon. Heβd settle for a Guard too if it came to that.
βHey!β someone shouted, making Rivne freeze. βWho goes there?β
βItβs me.β Riven waved both his arms, trying to make himself visible and unthreatening. There was so little time to waste. βIβm Riven Senolan Morell. One of the
