A list of puns related to "Windows XP"
Gonna keep this short and sweet. I don't know who this XP system is for, because it is very obviously not on the side of the players. And when people start to feel like their time is being wasted, they will go back to the games that are constantly rewarding their time with progression and rewards. It's unfortunate, but that's genuinely a make or break thing for many gamers.
Today's release was one of, if not the most, exciting Halo moments since Halo 3's release. The game is amazing, and people are all looking at Halo for the first time in years. Please do not throw away this spotlight to defend a system that is almost universally hated.
I'm not saying Infinite will be a dead game if things don't change. But I am saying that if you don't strike while the iron is hot, you lose out on the chance for Halo to be a real Juggernaut again. Yes, someone put a lot of time and effort into this system I'm sure, but with how short the market's attention span is, you don't have the time to see how it works long term. Casual audiences will grow bored, and move on.
Please 343. You've done so much right with this game. Don't diminish your returns because of something like this.
I picked up Practical Malware Analysis from Humble Bundle. People tell me that it is still relevant, even though it is from 2013. The thing is, some of their labs are Windows XP specific. It's also been a while since I used Windows XP and I think it would be cool to use it again.
Do you know where I can find an ISO or VM file for VirtualBox? I can use VMware as well. I've found a few ISOs for Windows XP but they all are sketchy sources. Does anyone know of a legal way of sourcing Windows XP for malware analysis and pentesting?
It has been out for awhile now and there was a huge time in between the launch of windows 10 and 11 for people to upgrade to windows 10. I honestly feel like windows 10 is going to become the next windows xp.
It includes every single hotfix+posready updates and includes the newest net framework 4.0 AIO from 2019, the latest 7 zip, imgdisk, visual studio redistributable and the Serpent web browser, all in one iso. Basically, im trying to get the game Legoland working in a windows xp virtual machine. It installed in the VM just fine, but when I go to click play, the screen goes black and I can hear the Windows XP error message popup, but not actually see it, so I have zero indication of whats gone wrong.
This is my first time doing something like this and was wondering if ive potentially missed anything obvious during the set up? Anyone ever encountered a similar problem?
I recently bought a cheap, acer aspire one laptop. It came with XP home edition, service pack 3. Oh man, felt super nostalgic when I first booted the pc, and being greeted by oobe with all drivers included! Anyways, since this is Windows XP, it's not the paradise of modern programs, unfortunately. I tried multiple browsers, from mypal, to basilisk serpent and even chrome 49, none of them worked properly. Most of them, like mypal and serpent, were really slow, and chrome49 barely works. What can I do?
Specs (copied from the ebay listing): Intel Atom N455 CPU 1.66 GHZ 2GB DDR3 10.1 inch display Windows XP Home edition.
I have a Optiplex 380 PC running Windows 10. I also have a copy of Windows XP that I'd like to install on the PC. Can/how do I do that?
Edit: I've decided to do a fresh restart. Anyone know how to erase a SSD?
