A list of puns related to "The Bridge (Ace of Base album)"
Pretty much what the title says - I just recently learned that every SHINee member debuted solo with an album title that rhymed with 'Ace' and not only is my mind blown, I'm also really curious what would be Minho's album title in that scenario. Space? Phase? Haze? WHAT?
What's even better is that I can totally understand the reasoning behind each and every album title that the members got. It all makes sense.
So, any ideas for Minho?
I want Ace Of Base Music on Trebel can you please tell the team and Masterboy Music to I request Lil Suzy Albums Paradise and Life Goes On do you know when it's coming?
When I was a kid listening to Metallica in the 80βs I never thought kids today would still be listening to them. They were so far underground, not made for radio or MTV they survived on whatever shitty club Jon Zazula could book them at and sell cassettes that everyone burned copies of.
When I was in 6th or 7th grade around 82 or 83 my school bus used to drive past the North Brunswick Manor every morning and I would read the marquee of the bands who were coming in to town but I never heard of them I just liked the interesting names. I remembered seeing a band named Metallica opening for a band named Raven. I thought that sounded cool. Months later some kid in middle school was like dude you gotta hear this! And what he played for me on his Sony Walkman with the big orange foam ear pads for me that day was the Four Horseman. Iβll never forget the first time I heard Metallica. It was like they were making music just for us kids.
The older people (post high school) they thought they were cool listening to Rush and Led Zeppelin and the Stones and Pink Floyd (who I learned to appreciate later in life) they couldnβt handle Metallica, they didnβt get it. They made fun of Jamesβ incessant screaming and Larsβ hyperactive drum beats and Kirks lack of melodies on KIA and RTL. We did manage to convince my High School principle to have a moment of silence for Cliff when he died.
You guys ever heard of Tony Squindo? He went to my school. That kid was always drawing some cool ass pictures back then, crazy shit. I can probably get him on an AMA if the mods want.
Ok thatβs enough, I donβt wanna give out all my knowledge yet but itβs so awesome kids today are still thrashing to a movement I felt I was part of. Ask me anything headbangers!
OP Edit: What are some new metals bands that you guys think might have the potential to stand the test of time? I mean like really really great, is there anyone revolutionary? Thereβs so much music out there. After getting a little burnt out on metal I got into Oasis, Ian Brown, got really info Floyd in my 40s, some Arctic Monkeys, Cage the Elephantβ¦. But recently I started itching to get back into metal and started listening to In Flames I really like them. I need something new at my age Iβve listened to alot. ** Anyone know any good punk bands? No, not NOFX or Blink 182 or MGK Iβm talking like Minor Threat, Black Flag, Agnostic Frontβ-does anyone make hardcore punk anymore? Hardcore Punk + Heavy Metal = Thrash after allβ¦
A comparison of Sting's album The Bridge in various formats including CD, Qobuz Hi-Res and Tidal Master streaming versions, and the Amazon Dolby Atmos binaural version for headphone listening.
The Japanese CD includes a bonus song not present on the other supports and a DVD bonus.
It is the Vinyl and Dolby Atmos version that are the most dynamic and give a more lively rendering.
You can find the comparison with measurements (DR, Spectrum...) and samples on https://magicvinyldigital.net/2021/11/21/sting-the-bridge-review-vinyl-streaming-amazon-music-qobuz/

Asking for a friend.
It's bittersweet to think about the damage that we'd do 'Cause I was goin' down, but I was doin' it with you Yeah, everything we broke and all the trouble that we made But I say that I hate you with a smile on my face Oh, look what we became
It's a website dedicated to synchronicity in culture. Very diverse and weird. If I remember correctly they use a lot of strange terminology such as psychotronic or syncronicity etc.
Any ideas? I can't find it anymore :(
Thanks!
