A list of puns related to "TSB Bank (United Kingdom)"
I know you canβt open two student accounts, and Iβve been told they canβt check with each other, so they just look at your spending and SL deposits.
I plan to use both, one to hold daily shop money, and the other to hold larger money, so if I lose my card thereβs less risk, and Iβll only use it for only purchases.
Iβm doing this because they both give out interest, but Iβm more interested in TSBβs.
With this kind of activity can they check?
Edit: Iβm also not using for over draft, just the benefits.
Well... I recieved notice in the mail today that TSB Bank is putting a halt to all new credit card applications, transfers, and account limit increases, effective immediately.
They provide a Visa card which I believe is provided through ANZ as the main issuer.(Whenever I've previously had an issue with the card getting temporarily blocked for 'strange activity' they've said it's likely an issue with ANZ's system picking up the activity.)
The wording from their website states: "TSB is currently unable to take applications for new credit cards, limit increases and balance transfers. Weβre very sorry for this inconvenience."
I asked them today when it takes effect as the letter was dated 10th Nov, and they said the info they had was that it starts today 16th Nov, and they have no details as to when it may be back to normal again.
Hopefully it's just a matter of sorting out a new provider/underwriter of their credit cards. BUT... after hearing a few months ago of banks in America such as Wells Fargo sending out letters to customers advising that all overdraft facilities etc had been suspended until further notice, it doesn't appear to bode well on the face of it.
Has anyone else heard of any other NZ banks putting halts or alterations on any of their accounts?
I am outside the UK. I use TSB to send money over to binance and buy the dip. The boys in the bank decided that they want to control what we grown adults spend our money on. I can no longer buy the dip. This is egregious and needs to stop. Banks should not have the right to control what we spend our money on. the sooner we move to decentralisaion the better. #rantover
Hi Devs,
I have tried every jailbreak detection bypass/tweaks mentioned in r/jailbreak for TSB Bank but none of them seems to work. Ever since TSB app has updated to v5.4 it crashes when you try to open it. First 2-3 weeks I got the app to work by downgrading it to v5.3 but later on TSB is not allowing to use the app unless I update it to the latest version.
Could you please look into this as it's my primary bank and I'm tired of accessing my account via website.
Payment will be in GBP.
Thank you.
