Hello
Ex wife is bringing a motion of contempt on an endorsement that I don't have a copy of or I have lost it. How can I ask the courts for a copy of the endorsement? All I have is the judge's name.
Anyone know a good place to park downtown for jury duty? Iβll probably just Uber but wanted to see if there were any lots or anything people can recommend. Thank you!

Haven't done jury duty in 10+ years.
Got a summons for midweek, did the online check in, and it says I'll get told if I need to go in or "do things:", it's on the 18th.
How is it working now? What's the procedure? Zoom? In person? How much heads/advance notice?
ActiBlizz allege that because of ethical violations by the State of CA and the DFEH the lawsuit and investigation must be thrown out because they're now contaminated. Judges on the Superior Court of LA County ruled that the lawsuit and investigation will continue through the courts as it has and ActiBlizz must pursue any ethical violations that they claim happened on their own and bring it up in court.
TLDR - The lawsuit and investigation are going no where anytime soon and ActiBlizz are going to settle out of court or go to trial, judges are not going to throw any of it out.
Does anyone else have concerns with Tammy Stokes running for Chatham County Superior Court Judge? I was in her court room years ago and got the chance to see her rule on several traffic violation cases, and I was not impressed. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but from what I witnessed, she lets her personal feelings and biases influence her decision making. She was incredibly condescending and unprofessional in her courtroom. Like I said, maybe she was having a bad day, but I would like to hear what other people's experiences with her have been.
I had a landlord years ago who owned several properties throughout Toronto - I found this out after moving out. He keeps all of his properties under a holding company name, not his name/id.
Received my judgement in superior court in 2019.
Enforcement has been incredibly difficult and costly. I canβt afford to keep moving forward with a lawyer at this point. I have a lien and writ on all the properties I could find under his βcompanyβ, but no address for him in order to have the sheriff enforce.
