A list of puns related to "Steve Bartman incident"

Peggy: Well honey. Maybe some day they'll forget about that fan interference call that kept the Cubs out of the World Series and let Daddy back into the stadium.
LOL
Since I made my original post about this fun chain of butterfly effects, there have been several other events happen that I can link to the infamous deflected foul ball.
So, in addition to the events listed in that post, the following could be true....
Without Wannstedt being fired, the Dolphins would not be hiring Nick Saban for the 2005 season. Without his short tenure with Miami, he probably never would've gone to Alabama. Who knows how this changes CFB's timeline, but one can assume the list of CFB title winners of the past decade would be much different.
Without WVU losing that game to Pitt in 2007, Rich Rodriguez assuredly stays in Morgantown to coach the Mountaineers in the BCS title game instead of shipping up to Ann Arbor. The fates of both WVU and Michigan since 2007 would assuredly change from what did happen.
Without Rich Rod leaving Morgantown, the chain of events that led to Bill Stewart's hiring, "firing", and Dana Holgorsen's hiring probably wouldn't have happened.
Without Dana being WVU's coach for the 2011 season, we probably don't get WVU's high-flying offense putting up 70 against Clemson in the 2012 Orange Bowl. And you can argue (Clemson fans may be able to argue this more accurately) without that embarrassing 70-spot, Clemson doesn't fire their DC the following week and hire Brent Venebles to replace him. And what are the past 7 seasons like at Clemson without Venebles? Are they as dominant as they have been?
Finally, without Nick Saban leaving Alabama LSU at the end of the 2004 season, where does Les Miles end up? Is LSU in a position to win the 2007 title without Miles there? Does Miles stay in Stillwater or coach somewhere else for 2 years until being hired to replace Lloyd Carr in 2008 (instead of Rich Rod)?
Enjoy the last day of the offseason!!
So, Iβve done some digging and I think Iβve found out what happened to Steve Marchantβs dad with regards to his shed. Steve said he canβt talk about it on radio because it would take too long to explain the backstory and itβs βtoo convolutedβ. So Steveβs dad or βRonβ as heβs called, lives in a sleepy suburb with a reasonably sized garden, that runs down roughly 25metres and spans the width of their house. Now itβs not well known but Steveβs great grandfather or Ronβs father served in WWII with the Royal Air Force. Ron had a man cave of sorts, set up inside the shed which also housed some RAF heirlooms, some of which were quite rare. During a burglary attempt Ron was enjoying an Ale in his shed when he heard a loud crack/bang. His shed door had just been kicked down. Through the debris, he spots a little monkey fellaβ, brandishing a revolver in one hand and a an empty sack in the other. So anyway the monkey tells Ron to give up all his money and any of the rare/expensive items in the bag. When Ron asked why the monkey grunted ebay then jumped over the neighbours fence and was never seen again.
Almost unbelievable really!
Ours is Don Denkinger. After the Cardinals did that, they got their asses kicked in both G6 & G7.
I know this like the back of my hand. This ruined his life and is the one time I fervently prayed for a reversal. This makes me wonder if Power of Prayer is at least the cause of some MEs. Maybe it is group shock and reaction with some or most being group requests such as Prayer. https://www.alternatememories.com/historical-events/tv/the-steve-bartman-catch
