It was a nice day when my mother approached me, it's like because she remembered something about me. She told me that she caught me talking to someone always at exactly 3 AM. She's been seeing me in that kind of situation for five consecutive days, doing the same thing all over again, confused, she thought I was awake at that time, but when she checked me out, I was asleep. Or just sleep talking.
I didn't believe her at first so I stayed up all night until 3 AM.
Until all of those things, my mom told me, isn't actually a joke at all.
A chubby-cheeky long-haired little girl approached me.
"Hi self, it's been a while, who are you now?"
Isn't that suppose how are you now?
I frowned. "Wait, what?"
"Nah, i was just asking who are you now?" She sat beside me."I hate you. Why did you change? I don't even know who you are now? It's been ten years, now tell me, when did the last time you smiled genuinely?"
Then the last thing I remembered was that she was smiling painfully at me while her tears started to stream done her cheeks.
Then I felt someone waking me up.
Mom.
"Hey, wake up. Hey.." she didn't stop until I wake up. "What happened? Why are you crying?"
"I can't clearly remember why," I told her.
"I wonder, when will you stop talking to someone at exactly 3 AM."
Then I remembered, I wasn't really asleep, I'm always awake at 3 AM. I just can't remember afterwards.
