Red-legged Partridge—too overpowered?
If you play it in the first round, you’re guaranteed something like 5 eggs per turn from go. We’re thinking about Nerfing it by restricting it to being played in the second round or later. Anyone else run into this issue?
Note: this is playing Oceania rules/board/dice so much easier to get 3 grains.

The red legged partridge hen makes a nest and lays a clutch of eggs for the rooster to sit on before making a second nest and laying a second clutch of her own to try and hatch.

First attempt at a soft hackle fly. Body is olive thread base with wrapped goose biot and copper wire. Hot spot is UV red ice dubbing. Soft hackle is wrapped partridge feather. Whatcha think?

Not the best quality, but can you identify the bug (long legged red thing) that looked like it killed and was dragging a tarantula? The red thing could fly. Note, they appeared after falling off the roof in a coastal sandy pine forest in northern Eastern Uruguay. Not known if it killed the spider. v.redd.it/nwyui8h1o4b81
