Is Ramon Llull a good university? I've been accepted to the school to do a postgraduate, but I want to make sure that the school is good and worth the money. The postgrad I'll study is integrated architectural design, which is super interesting. The professor seems good, too. The only thing that holds me back is the school itself. Is it considered good, or should I hold out for UPC? :)

In February I will be studying at IQS until July. I have been looking at a lot of apartments, but it is really hard to make a decision with out knowing the area. Ideally, I would like a place within a 30-45 minute metro ride that is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. And something that is relatively cheap. I would love to get a shared flat with other university students and have found websites like idealista offer that, but it is still hard to know exactly what I am looking at. If you have any advice on apartments, or just on experiencing Barcelona to the fullest, that would be amazing!

Could anyone explain to me how mnemonic wheels tie in with tES? I see the individual pieces (the wheel, turning it on its side to see the tower; memory, and its significance), but I can't glue them all together just yet.
I feel that all I really have left to discover in tES is the 'real life magick' side of things, which is fine by me, but it can sometimes end with me feeling like my head is twelve sizes too small. I've spent a lot of time looking in to Thelema (grazing the surface, really), but that's pretty much the extent of it. Also, If anyone has any resources to help me learn about this side of tES that'd be really cool.
I am looking into this university to do my first degree. Is it a good university?
There are fewer details than I'd like in this wikipedia section on the subject, and they don't entirely accord with what I've read elsewhere (i.e. the machine was made of brass and wood, not of paper; don't know which is correct). I have so many questions!
- Did it work?
- Were other people making things like this around the same time? If so, to what end?
- Do any of Lull's machines survive?
- What would a debate involving this machine practically look like? How might his opponents have responded?
I hope this isn't too general a question to ask, but I find it really interesting and would like to know more.
