(I didn’t know what to name this lol) I’m currently rewatching (2nd time) and I personally find the scenes with the troubadours in S6E22 some of the most obnoxious scenes on the entire show. I already find the one town troubadour kinda meh but when they added like 100 troubadours for this episode I find those scenes unwatchable and I always skip them. I know it’s kind of a dumb take but it just drives me crazy.
I'm up in Alberta, Canada and I like country, folk and red dirt. I can't stop listening to this band - I think this is my favorite band. What other bands you guys have going on?
They are by far my favorite alt country group. Since they are no longer together I’m trying to find some other guys who are similar. I love their use of the heavy guitar cords and bass. Who is very similar to the Turnpike Troubadors?
I know of whiskey Myers, reckless Kelly, and others like that but they don’t quite fill that TT niche for me at least. TT is far more southern rocky/steel guitar than most alt country groups
So I have relapsed on my alt-aholism and am currently exploring the idea of a Troubadour Chanter/Ghostheart Ranger multiclass. The idea is to be an arquebus-wielding ranged support who summons additional allies and takes advantage of the firearm synergy between the two classes. What I want to know is: how does the Ghostheart spirit pet stack up to early game chanter summons? If the pet is anything like other summons, I imagine I can only have it or a chanter summon out at a time, meaning I should probably only invest in one or the other (at least until more powerful late-game chanter summons become available).
Does anyone prefer the Ghostheart pet, or is it better off ignored? How much do you need to invest in pet abilities for it to be effective?
I'm visiting New Orleans this summer for leisure and I'm torn between the Hilton riverside and the Troubadour. I'm a diamond member and mainly interested in hitting up bourbon street. Any input welcome. Thanks!
So far this has been a powerful caster build for me but I'm just wondering if while I'm spiritshifted do my chants still play out? I haven't been able to really tell since it's been hard figuring out the radius of the chants.
