A list of puns related to "Primary and secondary legislation"
I hear a lot of young people say Irish is a useless language. Sure what use is it outside Ireland? My response is always what use is Italian outside Italy, Norwegian outside Norway etc.?
It then seems universal that once we're a little bit older, we all wish we were fluent in Irish.
If we really want to get our native tongue revived and used as the number one language in Ireland, significant steps need to be taken.
If we slowly transition public schools to Gaelscoils, have our newspapers printed in Irish, RTE1, RTE2 etc. all in Irish, I feel we'll really start to get our national identity back to what it was before colonial times.
Wales have done a fantastic job revitalising Welsh, and I think it could be a great blueprint for revitalising Irish.
Demand seems to be there because there's not actually enough Gaelscoil at the moment to meet demand. They have to keep turning people away.
This is such a blatant grind increase. The two new sets of arcanes (primary/secondary merciless, deadhead, dexterity) are literally identical. There's no good reason for them to be two separate sets of arcanes. Depending on whether these arcanes max out at R3 or R5, that's an extra 30 or 63 arcanes that you'll need to farm just to use the same arcanes on a different weapon type.
Now also add on the fact that you'll also have to farm out an Arcane Unlocker for EVERY SINGLE GUN that you want to use these arcanes on, which cost 15 Steel Essence each.
Oh and don't forget that there's also 9 "Galvanized" mods getting introduced, each of which have 10 ranks. Although these mods have a silver-looking border, so do the Amalgam mods, which cost as much as rare (gold) mods to upgrade. So assuming these new mods cost as much as rare mods, that's 270k endo and 13.5 million credits to max them all out. These new mods also cost 14 capacity each, meaning you'll definitely need to invest more forma into any weapon that you want to use these mods on.
Put all of this together, and it's clear that this update is much less about fixing guns and more about adding more grind to the game. It's even more hilarious because these changes were supposed to make guns Steel Path viable, but all of these things are acquired IN THE STEEL PATH. If I can already clear the Steel Path, then I don't really need these mods/arcanes, and by the time I do finish grinding them, I'll probably have cleared all of SP already.
Overall, this continues a very disappointing trend of bandaid fixing things while adding disgusting amounts of grind just to access those fixes
We all have those particular routines that we do a every weekend to relieve our stress. Usually it's something like gaming, exercising, watching Netflix, etc. Basically they are activities that become no brainer for you every weekend. I will call it the primary option.
However doing this every week might become boring for some and sometimes it might be a good idea to turn to our secondary option. So the secondary option here means something that you also consider as weekend activities, but it's also something that you do not constantly repeat every weekend, or it is something you are actually planning to do but you somehow rarely do it. The secondary option also tends to be less conventional than the primary option, and it is a good way to expose yourself to new situation or experience.
So with the weekend is just around the corner, please share about your primary and secondary weekend activities.
As for me it is
Primary: playing video games, calling my family, cleaning & laundry, laying down while browsing the net, binge watching YouTube, listening to music.
Secondary: browsing & watching movies on Disney Hotstar, composing life journal, hitting the gym, taking photograph of my surroundings.
Considering that the investment for fully optimized builds is becoming more and more demanding, cutting a little bit of the grind wouldn't be too bad, no?

To begin, we do have a lawyer, but wanted to go ahead and ask to see if we even needed to waste a conversation with her on this.....
CO states that BM is required to pay for insurance for SS9. She's in the military and has Tricare. It has been discovered that she hasn't taken SS9 to the dentist in over 2 years (we were led to believe by both her and her lawyer that he was getting routine preventative care). He lives with us in the summer and he had a toothache in June. We took him....two cavities, one of which is very deep and near the nerve and will require a root canal. BM's insurance has VERY limited providers where we are. So my question is, given her lack of preventative care (for all, not just dental), can we add SS9 to our health, dental, and vision insurance? It's at no extra cost for us to do that, but we have way more options here with our insurance than hers. Just because it states in the CO that she covers him, does that mean we can't cover him at all? Thanks!
In primary (ScoΓl SantΓ‘in) we were thought that sΓ© meant yes but in secondary (Colaiste De HΓde) we were instantly corrected that sΓ© means it is, along with alot of other words including my second name which they just made up as there is no Irish translation for it, so everyone in my family has had a different second name in Irish since we went to different schools. Unfortunately I barely remember any Irish since I barely showed up for school in the 1st place and I've honestly never needed to speak it ever again once I left school (In fact I barely spoke it in school) but I do regret it these days as it is a beautiful language and it just feels wrong that I can speak fluent German and sign language yet I can barely hold a conversation in my native tongue.
Sorry for the tangent but basically is the whole sΓ© thing due to how the Irish thought in Dublin schools and the Irish thought in.... Well pretty much every other school is different? Or is it because the teachers in scoΓl santaΓn were amadΓ‘ns?
For example Forty translates to ceatharca or daichead depending on where your from. But is sΓ© the same thing cause it doesn't seem like it would be?
Im looking for some new weapons to get and I would love to know what you guys use!
Iβm a aspiring Bangalore main and have been stuck between the two I know I can turn to you guys
Anyone saying yellow for primary will incur my wrath.
I havenβt been watching much of the devstreams lately, but I was just wondering, will there be buffs via mods for the archgun too? Or will it be for primary and secondary only?
One day in college I realized I hadnβt said the Pledge in a really long time.
I bought the game in one account (which is the primary acc in my ps4) but for some reason i dont see Aiden, Mina or Wrench in the game when im playing in the other account (which is the one where I play usually) Bloodlines works fine but other than that the rest does not. I find them in the primary acc but not in the others (even if is primary)
