The problem is, Pontiac changed the grille design for the 2010 model, then promptly went out of business.
So when I need to find pieces, I get 10,000+ hits for 2002-2009 (which is not what I need), and zero for the 2010.
I have had to replace several pieces on this car and this is the last one I need, which I can't find anywhere.
Any advice? I've gotten like, 10 pages in on Google searches (which is a place no human should ever go), and still can't find this ONE piece. I need the mesh, and the chrome surrounding it.

I was driving home tonight going about 75 mph when my car jerked then immediately dropped down to 60 mph and the check engine light came on. The car would not accelerate past 60. Got it off the highway and slowed down to 40 mph, it would not accelerate beyond 40. Pulled into a gas station and shut the car off. Car sat for about 20 minutes and then I turned it back on and drove it to the mechanic about a mile down the road, the check engine light turned on but I didn’t have trouble accelerating.
The mechanic is closed until Monday morning. Any idea what the issue could be? I’m just trying to mentally prepare myself for how shitty my Monday is about to be.
My pontiac g6 reverse won't work. I put it into reverse and seems like it just goes into park even tho the back lights are on. Press the gas and just does do anything. If I put it into reverse it kinda rolls back than just stops like I press the brake
Now my mom is stranded in Pennsylvania for Christmas since I have to do this first
So just behind the passenger front wheel, riding just above the frame, are 3 or 4 metal lines running from front to back and they connect to rubber hoses. the metal portions of these "lines" are rattling against the frame beneath it. This started about a few months ago. I noticed that there was some degraded conduit cover left on these, so i'm assuming that plastic conduit cover simply got old and fell off.
What are these lines carrying, and what type of plastic cover can i put back on them to stop them rattling against the frame?
I'd post pics if i had them but won't be getting back under there until the weekend.
I took my car to a mechanic because the check engine light said that the Shift Solenoid is bad (and by the way the car is driving, that is certainly the cause of it). However, the mechanic told me that it would cost $1600 because they couldn't change just one solenoid, they apparently come in packs and all of them would have to be changed. However, I am quite sure that I have had just one solenoid replaced on my Pontiac before, but I am not very good with cars so I am not sure if all types of solenoids have to do with the transmission.
The $1600 quote seems extremely high when I can't seem to find anything online that suggests even replacing the whole pack would cost that much money. Is that a good quote, is he right about needing all of the solenoids being replaced in the transmission?
I'm picking between both these cars, the buick is the clear winner in terms of reliablility but the pontiac is much faster and nicer looking, but how much reliability am I sacrificing?

Im going to be daily driving it. The buick is a back up in case the pontiac sale goes under. I like the pontiac so far but just want to know if I'm making a terrible decision
Im looking for the last G6 and i cant find much info, do you guys have anything like options or VIN? heres what i know: White G6 sedan, fleet order, built on a Wednesday in the Orion plant in Michigan.
They're like $60 each.
If I do need to replace all 6, would I cause any damage by replacing them 1 or 2 at a time every payday?
